“My husband & I have eaten there several times. We really love this place. The food is great, the service is very good, & it's a place where you can sit & actually eat without music drowning out your conversations. The pies we've eaten are excellent as well.“
“This is by far one of the best kept secrets in Lubbock. Its a bit further out, but so worth the drive! The beer is always cold and delicious, and the atmosphere exudes southern charm everywhere you look! Definitely a place to see with some of the best brews around ✨?“
“Tasted their craft beers - they have great Hazy’s. Also really enjoyed their two non-alcoholic beers(one hazy one IPA) The non-alcoholic hazy was so good I didn’t miss the alcohol -that’s a first. They have a few snacks but starting at about 5 pm The Escondido Grill pulled up and we tried the brisket sandwich, the deviled eggs topped with brisket and bbq sauce, the beans, potatoes salad and creamed corn. All great. The weather was beautiful and we sat outside. Also, the team at Two Docs is excellent. They were attentive in the best way and happily served beer and then ice water at the end. We enjoyed the whole experience.“
“Amazing drive thru coffee shop experience. Vibes are always up. Love the quickness and all at the same time being super kind. The crew is always super helpful making good recommendations on new drinks to try. Haven’t been able to try any other coffee shop in town since 7 brew never disappoints and I wouldn’t want to waist my money or time finding an another place. Overall I recommend 7 brew for anyone trying to get a quick blondie drink or try something new with all the verity they have. Best coffee shop in town hands down!“
“Great kitchy pub. The food is good but was great when they made quesadillas. Great choice of beers but don't fall in love with any one as they change often. The staff is always great. Fast, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely patronize again.“
“Very chill neighborhood brewery with tasty beers and great vibe.As a hazy fan, impressed GLBC has three options…Part-Time Model using NZ hops for a slightly different flavor, Clouds of Fog, nice traditional NEIPA, and Floating in Space, a hazy pale. Their Bitter Buffalo IPA has nice dark color and good heart to it.Also daily food options…our Sunday tacos were killer.Spinning vinyl Sunday & Wednesday, nice patio to enjoy Lubbock evenings, and friendly patrons.Cheers to GLBC!“
“Wonderful people, kind and understanding. We were slightly late, but they accommodated us in a nice and welcoming way. We had 6 and we were in a room with 6 other people. So, the noise level was very high for awhile. We were the last group to leave, but we never felt rushed and our service was excellent. The food was great, not a large menu, but all well prepared and very satisfying. Margaritas are great, but some of the other mixed drinks are a little stout!! Next time we will try the interesting wine list. Recommend the pork chop and the elk.“
“Great BBQ spot, went on Thursday late afternoon, was limited selection. Check Facebook for what's available, they update daily. Fri-Sat are the big days where they have all the BBQ options. We got brisket smash burgers, 2lbs of ribs, Mac and Cheese and potatoe salad. It was amazing. Smash burgers are on point, ribs were perfect, sides were all great. Hidden gem BBQ place. Owners are super nice people too. Top BBQ place in Lubbock for sure.Parking: Parking is fine, lots of space on the sideKid-friendliness: Kids friendlyWheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheel chair in.“
“I love 7 Brew. We have been happy with them since the first time we tried them a few months ago.The location by the college is the best one so far. The staff there recognize us when we stop by and are always open to trying out new concoctions with us. Pumpkin eggnog shake probably has a note with my name on it in their menu at this point since we kept trying more and more pumpkin to get it to taste exactly like what I was looking for. And they did it with a smile on their faces and cheerful attitudes the whole time. They are my favorite coffee stop in town.“
“The music was loud, which made it hard to communicate with friends at our table. This is the ONLY reason I scored down on the atmosphere. Of course, IT IS a sports bar that serves GREAT pizza, and the salad was scrumptious, too! I'd go back in a heartbeat! A couple of our group wanted a choice of crusts, but I loved the pizza as is!Vegetarian options: They have great salad.“
“There’s plenty of on the street parking in the area. It’s on Broadway in downtown Lubbock. It’s got a nice ambiance inside. They have a nice selection of their own in house beers. They also have some delicious cocktails. The food menu is limited. I’ve been there a few times and the food is good bar style. The dress is work casual and it’s usually busy from the work crowd getting off around 5pm. The servers are very nice. The bartenders are great and have a lot of knowledge on their in-house beers. Occasionally they will have live music too. It’s a relaxing place to land at the end of the day.“
“Best coffee EVER. Does not taste burnt or bitter. They also serve teas, energy drinks on top of tons of different flavors of coffees! Dutch Bros fan for life.Dietary restrictions: They do offer sugar free drinksKid-friendliness: They offer hot chocolate with/wo soft top!“
“Drink was picked by the barista and he done an amazing job on it. I was asked some questions and BAM drink was made!! I'd definitely recommend this location. Location was great and easy to drive around for ordering. Area was clean and easy to order without having to worry about the traffic near freeway. Drinks are delicious“
“J's is the best custard I've ever had. I recently moved to Lubbock and heard the fuss about J's and it is all warranted! Great service, excellent concretes and wonderful flavors. I bet this place does the business in July! And I'm happy to say that I will at J's in July and all the other months. DQ Blizzards don't even compare.“
“Love all of the 7brew crew!! My drinks are always great! Even when they're super busy/slammed they are always friendly and accommodating. I come by WAY too often and some of them even know me by my car and have my drink going before I pull up <3“
“First time trying out Fajitas Pete’s today! I came in around 1pm today and the guy that was at the register helped me out. The service was very quick and the food was amazing. 10/10!!! I ordered the little familia meal with two orders of sopapillas. We will def be coming back for round 2. We really loved the salsa!! ??“
“I love this place. It would be the one restaurant I’d worship. Ode to Fuzzy’s. The shredded brisket nachos are absolutely to die for and can cure hunger, hangovers, hangry tendencies, and even keep a relationship together. I wanted to dump my boyfriend so badly and all he did was bring me to Fuzzy’s and said “eat me”. How could Fuzzy’s get any better? Richard. Talk about a stand up guy! This man is the most welcoming and professional hard-worker. I am always greeted with kindness and for that, I could eat fuzzy’s for the rest of my life.“
“I've been a huge fan of Alamo Drafthouse since I moved to Austin in 2010. The Lubbock location provides the same level of cinema experience as any other location in Texas. I presently live in Amarillo, but it was worth the drive down to watch Dune Part 2 with no talkers and great food.“
“Dutch brothers is the BEST coffee shop! They always have people taking your order far before you get to the window. Sometimes they bring it out to you while you’re still in line.Always friendly, great deals and reward points for free drinks. I always choose Dutch brothers! My favorite drink is the iced kicker! 6 shots and Irish cream flavored!“
“I come here pretty often, my only complaint is the 2 lanes. When there is a line backed up, there seems to be no point to having 2 lanes open because first of all people can’t maintain the order they showed up in because of course they can’t. But then to expect one employee to keep track of what order people showed up in when there are 8+ cars in line is ridiculous. I’ve been skipped over several times in line as a result of this poorly managed/thought out system.“
“Very cool shop they literally have a bit of everything. Candles, coffee beans whole or ground, they got you, marvel collectibles, yup, even Harry Potter stuff. They even had some crazy chocolates from France and Germany. A gentleman by the name of Scott was helping me on the day I went and he was very nice, we talked for like an hour. Really neat place, if you haven't been you should go check it out. I purchased some coffee and had it ground as well as some chocolates. Both were delicious. Sadly, Scott was waiting for a shipment to arrive so I was not able to get the coffee I really wanted. Nobody's fault though, shipping sometimes just sucks. I will be going back.“
“If this store is even slightly busy, it takes FOREVER to get your drinks. Today we waited 30 minutes with ten cars in line. Three cars drove up behind us, waited five minutes and left when nobody came out to take their order. It’s understandable to have bad days but the staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency. There was no form of apology for the inconvenience and to top it all is my drink tastes like a plain latte when I ordered a German chocolate breve (chocolate, coconut, caramel). It was just a disappointing visit overall.“
“Awesome Coffee and energy drinks my favorite rebel drink is the they made up for me one time and ever since I have been buying is Baja blast it has lemon lime kiwi blue Raz I get this every time I get during the summer plus they are a lot cheaper than “
“My first time ordering from Lucky Chen Chinese Restaurant, I had it delivered through Uber Lucky Chen prepared the food very fast and Uber was able to deliver it in no time at all. So truckers if you're in Lubbock Texas stuck until the next morning because your delivery appointment was changed and you want some good Chinese Food. Well Lucky Chen Chinese Restaurant is the place to order from.“
“I LOVED this location, all of the staff were incredibly nice, but the one who was the most outstanding was the girl named “Essence” (hope i spelled that right), her attitude and bright personality made the whole exchange a lot less awkward and she made sure that she got my order right, (always asked if she entered the right item) and she just generally made the interaction a lot easier. Thank you to her if she ever sees this or if she receives word about this review.“
“In a word: satisfying.Have you ever heard the saying, “snooze you lose”? Well, at this eatery, you can snooze and win big time because the food here is delicious! There is plenty of specialty items to choose from, like creme brûlée pancakes, habanero pork belly and omelettes. The specialty drinks are also delicious. The service is great too, even though the place was extremely busy the wait staff saw to our needs in a timely manner. I especially loved the decor with the throwback tables, chairs and booths. The bar area was available and also they had a large patio area.Would I return to this restaurant? Yes.Kid-friendliness: There were menu items for young people“
“Can't recommend this place enough, not only was the service stellar the food was incredible and very reasonable priced. Also as a plus they have home-made pie there you won't want to miss. Also walking distance to The Buddy Holly Center. You must make the Cast Iron a priority ? Wheelchair accessibility: All one level with wide entry“
