Robles Taquería in downtown Lubbock offers killer, authentic food with a massive menu. The spot is behind the Cotton Court Hotel, featuring a big bar area and plenty of TVs. Customers can enjoy a solid margarita along with dishes like tamales and enchiladas. The atmosphere is elegant and perfect for gatherings, with great service provided by attentive waitstaff. The food is good, with great flavor and spices, though some found it needing a little more seasoning. The DosCoronaRita and flan are excellent, and the original Mexican decor adds to the authentic environment. Friendly and helpful staff ensure a 5-star experience, making this a highly recommended spot for friends and family. The restaurant is nice, spacious, clean, and everyone there is happy to enjoy a little bit of Mexico.
