Located in a historic hotel in downtown Lubbock, The Brewery LBK offers a unique experience with great beer. The brewery has a wide selection of beers, from light lagers to high alcohol IPAs, including the tasty Oktoberfestbier and LBK IPA, which is easy to drink. The ambiance inside is nice, enhanced by live music from a talented pianist/vocalist. They serve delicious cocktails and food, with a small but good menu featuring items like goat cheese croquettes and chicken drunken noodles. The servers are friendly, and the bartenders, including Daija, Tatum, and Ralph, are knowledgeable about the in-house beers and provide exceptional service. The dress code is work casual, making it a popular spot for the work crowd after 5pm. Overall, The Brewery LBK is a relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day. Highly recommended by visitors, it’s a must-visit in Lubbock for great drinks and a wonderful experience.
