This was my first time to an HEB and True Texas BBQ. Ordering process was fairly easy ordering then waiting for your name to be called. This was some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time! The loaded baked potato with chopped brisket was huge and had tons of flavor. The cornbread was a close second favorite to me, moist with melted butter on top.
