This was my first time to an HEB and True Texas BBQ. Ordering process was fairly easy ordering then waiting for your name to be called. This was some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time! The loaded baked potato with chopped brisket was huge and had tons of flavor. The cornbread was a close second favorite to me, moist with melted butter on top. The Mac and cheese was rich and creamy and last but not least the jalapeño popper had a kick to it and lathered with a sauce that made my mouth water!
THE WORST $23. I EVER SPENT IN MY. THE FOOD SUCKED, THE CASHIER WAS LYING, MORE CHEESE THEN MEAT ON THE BAKED POTATO. NEVER AGAIN WILL EAT, OR EVEN TRY THAT SO CALLED BBQ. .23 MINUTES FOR NOTHING. ???

Their staff doesn’t know how to make a cortado and server flat white instead. They have don’t on their menu and still don’t know difference strange !

We haven’t been there in a while. Food was great a little spicy than I prefer. Very disappointed in the dining area because many of the tables were dirty as well as the floor.
I am surprised that nobody has complained about the tea station.They brew it in plastic bags and you can literally taste the plastic and the forever chemicals in the tea and lemonades.It is absolutely disgusting and they need to change it.Other than that, the food is a bit pricey, but good. The service has been great as well.Stop using plastic bags for your tea containers!
I have been coming to heb for over a year and have been so pleased with the service I have been receiving. Celeste, Alexis and Justin have been so great to my entire family. They serve us promptly, make amazing drinks and treat us with so much kindness, I consider them our friends. They make the environment amazing and would highly recommend HEB Bar.Parking: I love this place because of Alexis, Justin, and celeste.
