Service was fast and friendly. Seriously almost no wait time and there were three cars in front of me. You get to the window and you talk with employees are just running around making drinks! I couldn’t handle that, but great job to them! The drinks were delicious. I’ll be back!
I'll admit I'm a self proclaimed coffee snob and I typically steer clear of chain coffee brands. I was pleasantly surprised with my Dutch Bros experience.I assumed we could go inside to order, thinking that would be faster since there was a long line in the drive thru. Surprisingly, there is only a walk up window. The person that took our order was beyond friendly and helpful in helping decide what to order as first timers. We had our drinks in no time. I come here pretty often, my only complaint is the 2 lanes. When there is a line backed up, there seems to be no point to having 2 lanes open because first of all people can’t maintain the order they showed up in because of course they can’t. But then to expect one employee to keep track of what order people showed up in when there are 8+ cars in line is ridiculous. I’ve been skipped over several times in line as a result of this poorly managed/thought out system.
