Stopped by yesterday for a drink and Quincy took my order. Just wanted to brag on him because he had the best attitude, customer service and just so nice! He went over my order and add ons to make sure it was correct, smiled the entire time and handled multiple cars/orders by himself while his coworker was on break. Such a great experience. Great job Quincy! Thank you again. We will be back!
First time experiencing Dutch Bros. Just wanted to leave a review on the excellent customer service I received! They were so helpful with my coffee choice and the guy working the window was the nicest person I’ve ever met!! Will be back. Amazing coffee!
