Painfully SLOWWWWW, always. They have delicious drinks but only stop if you have at least 20 min to wait in line. If I could make a company with Starbucks speed and Dutch Bros drinks - that would be amazing.

I come here pretty often, my only complaint is the 2 lanes. When there is a line backed up, there seems to be no point to having 2 lanes open because first of all people can’t maintain the order they showed up in because of course they can’t. But then to expect one employee to keep track of what order people showed up in when there are 8+ cars in line is ridiculous. I’ve been skipped over several times in line as a result of this poorly managed/thought out system.

Service was fast and friendly. Seriously almost no wait time and there were three cars in front of me. You get to the window and you talk with employees are just running around making drinks! I couldn’t handle that, but great job to them! The drinks were delicious. I’ll be back!

I'll admit I'm a self proclaimed coffee snob and I typically steer clear of chain coffee brands. I was pleasantly surprised with my Dutch Bros experience.I assumed we could go inside to order, thinking that would be faster since there was a long line in the drive thru. Surprisingly, there is only a walk up window. The person that took our order was beyond friendly and helpful in helping decide what to order as first timers. We had our drinks in no time. My partner doesn't drink caffeine (gasp, I know) so ordered the Mangonada, which was a big hit. He didn't leave a single drop to be consumed. Blended frozen mangos topped with Strawberry purée and Tajin. MMMMM. I ordered the Iced Americano. They mix in any milk and sweetener option. The coffee itself wasn't super strong, which I tend to like and need, but it did the job. I loved the crushed type ice that was in the drink. I do wish they had some type of seating to be able to sit to enjoy the drinks outside, even if there wasn't an indoor area. All in all, I'd come back to try different drinks and maybe even get another coffee.

I love coming here. Everyone is so cheerful and happy and their smiles are so contagious! I come as much as possible, even when I'm out of budget, because the energy at this location is amazing.10/10 recommend the strawberry lavender tea, with BOTH tea bases. The lavender will soothe you and help you get a full night's sleep. I might be the only person saying this but please keep the lavender tea!
