“Wife and I walked in. Cool atmosphere with a familial feel. Mama had a calzone and I had the spag bol. Have to admit the calzone was pretty darn good. My pasta was a perfect al dente imo. Their marinara is smooth with a pleasant aftertaste. The bolognese was just ground sausage with marinara. Good but not bolognese. Should be pork and beef slow simmered with soffritto, wine, and gravy. A nice ragu with more meat than sauce and tossed with the pasta, yeah? I give them 4+ Make a true spag bol next time we visit, I'll give em a full 5. The paper plates reminded me of new york. Very nostalgic. We had fun so I tipped them $100 and departed. We'll be back soon.“

“I had such a great experience at Golden Chick! Symeon and Joshua were absolutely amazing. They were super respectful, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s hard to find customer service this good anymore, but these two really went above and beyond and made the whole experience so much better. The food was great, but their attitudes and kindness are what really stood out. Golden Chick is lucky to have employees like them!“

“Oh Olive Garden how I missed you. Been over a year since we've been here. Okay here we go...
Decided to have a late lunch early supper. Started with a very berry sangria, little sweet but a great flavor. Of course you have to have their endless salad(has always been good, even better when u dip your bread stick into the salad dressing. My wife had their featured item, spicy rigatoni pasta with sausage and peppers. Very tasty. I had cheese ravioli with a creamy mushroom sauce. Top with twenty cranks of fresh Parmesan, made my plate look like it snowed on it . Way to full to order dessert, maybe next time.
P.S. their lunch menu is very good and u can switch different sauces on your pasta without a hassle. Staff was very friendly.

“Super disappointed today. We have ordered from here multiple times in the past and it has been so delicious. Today the girls l and I ordered for pick up and when we got back to the office one of our shrimp avacado salads did not have ANY greens and not to mention no dressing 🥺 the chicken bacon club was ordered toasted and the chicken was extra toasted. Called multiple times with no answer and had to leave a voicemail 🙄“

“chick FIL -a one of my favorite place to take my kids BUT one week ago we went inside to eat before they closed at 9 pm !!!! We went inside at 8:51 the girl that was on register told us we could only order for carry out since they would close at 9 and I told her it wasn't 9 yet and she said we couldn't eat in okay I understood and left cause we wanted to eat inside since we are not from Lubbock.... customers behind us (2 white couples) with two grandsons ordered we got on are vehicle and I saw them sit down I was like okay they are going to wait for there food so I stayed in the parking lot to see if they where just waiting for food it was 8:58 and I told my daughter for us to go inside before they locked the door so as I walked in the girl on the register went to the couples table to take there order and when she saw me she turned RED and I told her thats what I wanted to see so I asked for the manager on duty and she called a guy manager (white) he saw us and he just moved his hands like I'm not gonna deal with that so she called her other manager and she was mad I explained everything and all she said was mam u got here at 859 and we close at 9 I was like no mam we didn't the register girl didn't even know what to say and managers are races I went to the couple and told them to please tell the manager we where in front of them and they did and the lady asked why if there was a problem and I explained to them and the man said oh I'm sorry mam they didn't tell us we couldn't order and eat in.......I won't be going back to a chickfila in Lubbock“

“The food was great. The girls were so nice. I got the chicken enchilada plate. I am normally very picky when it comes to enchilada and sauce that is used. It was some of the best enchiladas that I have had in a long time. I will definitely going back.“

“First time here. Zach helped me today and did an amazing job! It was quick and easy. While I was making my salad (to go) there were two attendants keeping the bar clean and fresh. The entire restaurant (that I could see) was spotless. My food was excellent! This will be my new “go to” restaurant!! Great job guys!!!“

“Tonight was our first Potbelly experience. I ordered online, and when we arrived a very pleasant Cassandra treated us so very kindly. I had the Mediterranean and my son had the pork barbecue. The sandwiches were big, and everything was fresh. It's so much easier to enjoy a meal if customer service is made a priority. We will return to this location. Thanks!“

“We had dinner Saturday night and had an amazing experience that exceeded all of our expectations. It was our first time and the gentleman checking us out was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and everything was very clean. The young lady monitoring the buffet was very sweet, the gentleman putting out soup bowls was very kind and friendly, and our server did a great job. All around wonderful experience! Highly recommend!“
