The gravy is the perfect consistency and flavorful. The pies are dang delicious. And to top it off, Patricia gave great friendly service! My only complaint, the breeze of the ceiling fans… but that’s not that big of an issue.“

I suppose that in a town known for its overwhelming quantity of burger/wings/chicken fried steak/Tex-Mex options, this makes a fascinating difference. \nI pretty much knew what to expect. Relatively decent Indian cuisine at rather exorbitant prices. Honestly, I would include a piece of complimentary naan bread with an order, but I suppose that’s overly generous. As many restaurants in Lubbock fail due to competition/market saturation…or the fact that no one south of the Loop seems to spend their money on food…guess it makes sense they would charge for a piece of naan….albeit nothing special. \nWhat did I eat? Well, some sort of vegetarian dish. The four falafel-like balls were savory and slightly sweet. They were served in a tannish-orange colored gravy that had a coconut flavor. The basmati rice, flavorful and colorful with what resembled cut up carrot flakes, was decent. \nThis place was quite busy at 1:00 on a Tuesday during Spring Break. I was served quickly…at least within 5 minutes of ordering. \nOverall, this place is alright if you want a quick fix of palatable Indian grub on the South Plains. You get to eat this while the overly indulgent pap of Indie-Pop tunes play….as if you’re walking around Central Market…or as close to this experience as one will ever feel in Lubbock. Their other location is across the street from Texas Tech, so the supply of hipster patrons should never dry up.“

“The best Thailand dishes in Lubbock, Thai Pepper offers a wide variety of Thailand dishes that Americans will enjoy. The owner, Nun, runs a fantastic restaurant with the most polite and helpful employees in Lubbock. The food is all delicious and I encourage you to stop by and try the Chicken Fried Rice or their Noodles Dish with Shrimp. The eggrolls and dipping sauce are delicious. “Coming home from the DMV I decided to get a quick bite and chose Taco Villa. I got a #6, 2 crunchy beef tacos and a 32 oz root beer, my husband wanted 2 soft beef tacos. They gave me enough mild salsa so I could smother my tacos but they were SO good, a nice, thick slice of tomato and shredded cheddar, oh, yum! I order for delivery a lot and will add this store, can't wait to try a taco salad if they have it.“

“I stopped in to get a breakfast burrito this morning. When I pulled up to the drive through I was politely greeted by the Drive through attendant with a wonderful attitude. When I pulled up to the window she was filling the ice machine next to the drive through window and some heavy buckets but had a smile on her face. Angela has been the best fast food attendant that I've dealt within a long time.“

“The menu has literally anything you could want!! I had the spicy penne in the vodka sauce with meatballs. The meatballs were amazing! Everything was actually amazing!! We even made friends with the manager over my shirt and the table next to us. The baby at the table next to was trying cheesecake for the first time!! It was so much fun! Yes this restaurant is family friendly but in all honesty it’s rated E for everyone!! The meatloaf is good too and the table next to me ordered the egg roll sampler thing n it looked amazing!!! I can’t remember my servers name but he was amazing too!! He really let us take our time and enjoy it . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it’s nice to have a restaurant you know you’ll consistently get great food and great service. Thank you Cheesecake Factory.“

“I had a good time at a Cricket draft house and grill, especially the drinks we're very good along with the food as well, it will get loud in there, especially during Friday and Saturday night like a nightclub, especially when you're ordering a drink or 2, at least you'll have a good time with friends and family.
The floor is messy, especially the bathrooms are way worse. Especially the man's bathroom, and don't get me started on that.
They all need a major remodeling.
They will check ID during Friday and Saturday nights, especially, there's a long line of people trying to get in unless use the line leap app to get in, but it's gonna cost you.“

“This was the first time I had ever been to Taco Villa. One cool thing I noticed was that the tortilla chips are all the heart shaped! Anyway, the menu has a ton of items that are decent priced I ordered the nachos and they were so good. My favorite part of Taco Villa is the topping bar that has pico, different salsa and jalapeños. I also ordered basic beef tacos which the kids enjoyed. Overall great fast-food joint and I will definitely come back again.“

“So I stopped coming to this store about 4 months ago because the service was horrible. I usually make a big order so I always go in to order so I can check everything before I leave. 4 months ago I did just that and was informed that I must have misplaced a couple of combo burritos that were ordered and not put in the bag.Well I decided to give them another chance last week and was very impressed with the changes made. Looks like all new staff or at least it was the day I went. Was greeted nicely and order was correct the first time. The manager even offered to help carry anything out if I needed it and held a conversation with my daughter whom was there with me. That made her day, so we will definitely be back to this location.“

“Taco Villa has a unique blend and flavor to their food. It's been a favorite place for me in my hometown of Amarillo since the 80s. I no longer live anywhere near a store but when I'm in Texas, and there's a location, you will fine me there. If you nevervtrued it, be sure to judge it for yourself. There seems to be a love it or hate it with little in between. My faves is the meat burrito and guadalajara.“
