Amazing food, great staff!
My family and I were passing through Lubbock and were in the mood for Italian - my daughter found this place online so we decided to check it out. The interior of the restaurant was a bit lacking, but the food more than made up for it!
I had a Caesar salad that was crazy good - just the right ratio of dressing and croutons and just a hint of anchovy.

One Guy is a staple in our family. We stop by to pick up slices regularly. The food is always delicious and the staff is always so kind. We love One Guy!!
