“chick FIL -a one of my favorite place to take my kids BUT one week ago we went inside to eat before they closed at 9 pm !!!! We went inside at 8:51 the girl that was on register told us we could only order for carry out since they would close at 9 and I told her it wasn't 9 yet and she said we couldn't eat in okay I understood and left cause we wanted to eat inside since we are not from Lubbock.... customers behind us (2 white couples) with two grandsons ordered we got on are vehicle and I saw them sit down I was like okay they are going to wait for there food so I stayed in the parking lot to see if they where just waiting for food it was 8:58 and I told my daughter for us to go inside before they locked the door so as I walked in the girl on the register went to the couples table to take there order and when she saw me she turned RED and I told her thats what I wanted to see so I asked for the manager on duty and she called a guy manager (white) he saw us and he just moved his hands like I'm not gonna deal with that so she called her other manager and she was mad I explained everything and all she said was mam u got here at 859 and we close at 9 I was like no mam we didn't the register girl didn't even know what to say and managers are races I went to the couple and told them to please tell the manager we where in front of them and they did and the lady asked why if there was a problem and I explained to them and the man said oh I'm sorry mam they didn't tell us we couldn't order and eat in.......I won't be going back to a chickfila in Lubbock“

“This is the place where my best friend and I go, when we just need a place to “land.” It’s our “home away from home,” you could say. The team at this CFA restaurant goes above and beyond each and every day with each and every customer that walks through those doors. For us, it’s been a place, where we’ve felt safe to walk through loss and grief, as we lost my best friend’s husband to Pancreatic Cancer. At CFA, Cancer didn’t exist. We have found friends, who are now our family; people, whom we love, and who love us. The food brings us comfort and fills our tummies at times, when nothing else will do. The Directors at this location (Jonathan, David, and new to us, Valentina) run this ship like a well-oiled machine… and trust me, we’ve been there for some of their record-breaking days. Katrina, Tanner, Mallory and more all welcome us with a smile and take care of our needs — whatever they may be. So… if you’d ask me, “Amanda… would you recommend that I go to this CFA, get catering from this CFA, work at this CFA?” My answer would be… “It’d be my pleasure.” Love y’all!!! ♥️♥️♥️“

“First time here and the food was delicious. I had the tenders. Tenders were a good size but what sealed the deal was the manager and staff. They were so friendly and helpful of the menu. They also gave us some complimentary dipping sauce and fried pickles to try wich were also delicious! Definitely will be back“
