“This is the place where my best friend and I go, when we just need a place to “land.” It’s our “home away from home,” you could say. The team at this CFA restaurant goes above and beyond each and every day with each and every customer that walks through those doors. For us, it’s been a place, where we’ve felt safe to walk through loss and grief, as we lost my best friend’s husband to Pancreatic Cancer. At CFA, Cancer didn’t exist. We have found friends, who are now our family; people, whom we love, and who love us. The food brings us comfort and fills our tummies at times, when nothing else will do. The Directors at this location (Jonathan, David, and new to us, Valentina) run this ship like a well-oiled machine… and trust me, we’ve been there for some of their record-breaking days. Katrina, Tanner, Mallory and more all welcome us with a smile and take care of our needs — whatever they may be. So… if you’d ask me, “Amanda… would you recommend that I go to this CFA, get catering from this CFA, work at this CFA?” My answer would be… “It’d be my pleasure.” Love y’all!!! ♥️♥️♥️“

A world of difference! The manager Alexander was pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we had prior. We ordered our food and when we got home it was still warm (we live close-by) and it tasted fresh! Fries were good just the way expected! My husband ordered for take out and got back home to realize the order was wrong so he ran back out this location.! Came back and it is actually the worst fries and chicken I have ever had from any Chick-fil-A location. The fries were hard and not fresh at all. Chicken nuggets were not tender and tough. I would skip this location and try another one. It took an hour to get food that was NOT eatable anyways. Oh, and the pictures shows an item in my hard fries.“

“I recently stopped by the KFC in Lubbock and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh—exactly what you'd hope for. I ordered the 3-piece combo and everything from the mashed potatoes to the biscuit hit the spot.

The service was friendly, and the staff moved quickly even though it was a little busy during lunch hour. The dining area was clean..

Overall, great experience. If you're craving some fried chicken in Lubbock, this KFC gets the job done.“
