“This is my go to pizza place any time I’m in Lubbock! The store manager Chelsi is so pleasant to talk to. She always has a smile on her face! I would recommend this place to everyone. They have good deals and you can sign up and get Pizza Hut rewards. They work across state lines. I live in Kansas and I use my points in both states.“

“Chef Wyatt catered my daughter’s graduation party. It was extraordinary! His dinner menu was fancy and West-Texas themed, and it turned out to be the best treat for our family and our guests! Wyatt made a beautiful display in our kitchen, which quickly became the “hub” of the party. My daughter’s graduation cake was out of this world. Wyatt made a marbled cake with a berry compote. I’m looking forward to partnering with Wyatt for a party this Fall!“

“Called in to place an order for my son’s birthday for a bunch of pizzas. Well the night before my son get really sick and we had to cancel the order. The guy I spoke with, I think his name was Kenny, was super nice and professional and got the ordered canceled and assured me it was no problem.
Although, it may not seem notable, the way he handled it made my life just a bit easier taking care of a sick toddler and canceling a party.

“This Pizza Hut establishment on 5412 Slide Road went above and beyond! The food was fantastic, the staff were professional and courteous and great restaurants deserve great reviews! “I am so grateful to sean/shawn the manager over there. I had called in an to go order at 8pm, was running behind schedule, picked it up at 9pm, then finished my drive back home, unpacked, and when I went to open the wings (it had been 2 hours, 11pm, I knew they'd be cold and i was okay with that) the wings were basically dry, the bottom of the wing box had very little sauce to prove it was pretty dry. I had asked for extra wet. Additionally I was disappointed that...when ordering 30 wings, I only recieved x3 2oz cups of ranch. Insult to injury. I was a little irrate in the moment I called. I just wanted to know that a supervisor was willing to hear me out, listen to my problem, and propose a solution to my dissatisfaction.
Sean/Shawn. That man delivered. He gave me a 15 wing credit on my 30 wings order, and that earned a good rating and a return customer. Mistakes happen, and im okay with that so long as there is a redress to the problems. As long as i know Sean/Shawn is working here, ill be back. I hope you read this. Happy Saint Patty's day, and thank you for your effort.“

“they constantly post pics of the front of house but never give credit or post pics of the people who ACTUALLY COOK THE FOOD the managers constantly cuss and are rude to the BOH staff (Fernando is the main one) they are constantly saying we are "family oriented" but when a family emergency comes up or can't find a baby sitter they fire you without warning ⚠️ they say the food is fresh and made from scratch but use leftovers CONSTANTLY“
