The food is delicious as well as the strawberry lemonade. The staff were super nice and welcoming. They will let you sample majority of the menu items for free, which was a welcomed surprise. It was a clean restaurant. Overall great experience! N

Based on the reviews, Chicken Salad Chick offers delicious and fresh food. The Jill chicken salad, the grape salad, and the buttercream cookie are all delicious. The Lauryn’s Lemon Basil on a croissant is perfect, fresh, and bright with a zesty lemon-basil kick. The tomato bisque is spot-on. The pimento cheese and salads are also good. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, even when it is very busy. One employee, Glynnis, is an absolute gem with a bright smile and upbeat energy. The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is perfect. The app is convenient, and the parking lot has plenty of parking. It is a nice little place to meet friends for lunch.
