I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway located at Frankford Avenue and 66th Street in Lubbock on June 15th around 9:30 PM.
I arrived to pick up a prepaid order and sent my son inside with a screenshot showing the order details. The employee refused to release the order and insisted that I mark the order as “picked up” before receiving the food. After several minutes of confusion, I went inside myself to resolve the issue.

we were picking up an order the lady and the boy that was in this video was very rude. Refused to give us the order, said as they would not give us the order unless they deleted the video they are very rude. I do not suggest this subway do not ever come here. I didn’t want to delete the video because I want to show the people how rude. these employees are.
