My granddaughter turned 7, and she wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese. We had a party pkg, food and cake included. It was moderately busy, 3 birthday parties. Ours started at 12:30. Staff was nice and efficient. Our birthday girl has 2 sisters, one younger and one older, they had lots of play time, and could play games, and get on rides easily. It was really hot inside, we had to ask for everything, spoons, forks, the soda machines were not even turned on and we were there at 11 am. Lots of games were not working but still taking points off the kids cards, and nobody was available to reimburse those. Not sure what was happening but wasn't really ideal for a fun place for kids.

I would have given 5 Stars but the Mouse didn't make an appearance after being there for 3 hours. Grandkids really want wanted to see Chucky. Staff was great as well as the pizza .
