My kids had a blast. Nothing was put of service and the front desk worker was amazing. She was attentive to us amd working the whole front of the store by herself. We did get food and that was all really good too. 4 stars is only because there was some weird smells amd the floors were too sticky.
Love love live the lubbock location
I love this chuckie cheese! The workers here are so sweet. My kids really enjoy coming here.

Chuck E. Cheese offers tasty stuffed crust pizza and a variety of fun games for kids. Customers appreciate the outstanding service, noting that the staff is friendly and accommodating. The games are clean and working properly, and there is a small trampoline and activity play set for kids, which many families enjoy. Although some customers feel the pizza is not the best, others find it surprisingly delicious.
The atmosphere can sometimes be quiet, lacking the usual lively music and mascot appearances, but many visitors have enjoyed their time regardless. While some have experienced long waits for the mascot, others have had positive encounters, with Chuckie making appearances even during quiet times. Overall, it remains a decent choice for a family outing, and the service and cleanliness are highlights that could make the experience even better.
