The prices are just ridiculous. Food was bad. My daughter had fun which is why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere.

Didn’t like y’all worker with the mullet hair cut she was rude today we came to eat my husband paid and I was getting me salad and she had the nerves to tell me did I pay for the salad I gave her that look yes and didn’t believe me my son was trying get carrot she was rude telling him nonono and my daughter was trying get some orange she was telling her nonono my kids are so upset even the look of my daughter face upset me the most that worker telling them no I got upset and sat on the tablet and told my kids we are never willing going back ever again the food is delicious but it’s the worker with that horrible mullet hair style

I would have given 5 Stars but the Mouse didn't make an appearance after being there for 3 hours. Grandkids really want wanted to see Chucky. Staff was great as well as the pizza .

We had my sons birthday party there and my complaint would be communication from the party host. After about an hour into my party we decided to do cake and presents. The party host then came up to us and said to wait about 10 more minutes to do the party singing with chucke. I didn’t even know that was a thing because I wasn’t given a breakdown of what would happen during the party so I asked if there was a chance chucke could come now since I had already gathered everyone and she said we could skip it. Obviously if it’s included I didn’t want to skip it. 30 minutes passed of my guests and I waited and he finally came out. Then we received the bill and there was charges for things my party had ordered which I had an issue with because the host never communicated to me or asked me if the guest were paying for the things they got. She just added it to the bill without my confirmation. So if someone wanted wings and beer she probably would’ve added it without talking to the one paying. Our pass / watch thing wasn’t working. $12 for a salad is a joke.

My granddaughter turned 7, and she wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese. We had a party pkg, food and cake included. It was moderately busy, 3 birthday parties. Ours started at 12:30. Staff was nice and efficient. Our birthday girl has 2 sisters, one younger and one older, they had lots of play time, and could play games, and get on rides easily. It was a fun day, all of us played games to earn lots of points for the girls! My only disappointment in the day was my gentle, calm youngest granddaughter, she's 5. She asked for Chuck E all the time we were there. We kept telling her to wait, he was coming. When he finally came out, escorted by a couple staff, he came to the middle of the dance floor. She lit up, huge smile, she kept saying Chuck E, waving non stop. She slowly walked over toward him, in awe of him. No one was near Chuck E, she shyly walked up to him, reached out gently, touched his hand, then tried to hold his hand. Chuck E pulled his hand away, held his hands up by his shoulders, like he got cooties. My granddaughter stood looking at him for another minute, not sure what to do next. Then she ran to play and didn't even come back for the dancing. ?

It was really hot inside, we had to ask for everything, spoons, forks, the soda machines were not even turned on and we were there at 11 am. Lots of games were not working but still taking points off the kids cards, and nobody was available to reimburse those. Not sure what was happening but wasn't really ideal for a fun place for kids.
