McDonald's in Lubbock

“Food was not as hot as I wanted, but still warm so no biggie. Wished the fries were a bit crispier, but again not a big deal. Woman taking the order and payment was professional and the woman handing out food at the second window was friendly. Decently fast for McDonald's especially getting food so late. Probably my first pleasant experience at McDonald's in a very long time. My brother also said his food was good.“

“I wanted to wash my hands before ordering. A polite young lady was cleaning the restroom immaculately! She welcomed me in to wash my hands and then opened the door for me!!! She did an amazing job and was so thoughtful as well!!

Then I ordered something to eat. The gentleman at the counter not only was polite and professional but also prepared my food fast and fresh!! I don't think I can go to another McDonald's - even if far away - across town.“

“They could approve their locations services/food. Have people who actually care. Locations shouldn't get worse with service. but hey. I never been frustrated before untill today. when I felt like wasted a complete meal because I could not eat the cold sandwich that was given back to me and drink that taste watery and having to drive back to the establishment. Now my hash brown is cold. wow, I just want to throw it away. But you know, i'm just mad, that I wasted my money. From a franchise company that should be better.“

“I asked for a large iced coffee with no liquid sugar, extra cream and 1 shot of espresso- and that's exactly what I got!
Every time I come here, they are always on point! Not to mention, the employees are always so nice, attentive, friendly and professional.

“I mean its McDonald's, right? Wrong. This McDonald's was fast and fresh. Friendly staff. Being inside of Walmart youd think they just another cheap McDonald's. Everything we ordered was fresh.
The ice-cream machine even worked!!!
The topper for me. I've never had a fresh pie from McDonald's. This pie was hot 🔥 straight out the over fresh. If I go to Lubbock again im definitely going to this McDonald's. They really wow-ed me.“

“The crew was very courteous and even filled my thermos. I don't mind if you have special orders The drive-thru stays busy probably a large percentage of the business but the inside is very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless.“

“Usually the service is phenomenal. Today is a different story, I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with chocolate drizzle and paid extra for the chocolate drizzle but did not receive the chocolate drizzle. Other than that they are really good about getting the orders right and getting customers taken care of in a timely manner.“

Parking: I'm sure there are other locations that provide other parking options but as far as the locations I go to all parking is free and easily accessible and handicapped are always prioritized front and center.“

Oz, the cashier and the young lady who handed me my delicious iced coffee, were very friendly and made me feel like a welcomed guest and not just a customer. If I lived in Lubbock, this McDonalds would be my go to location. Kudos to whomever coaches the crew at this McDonalds.“

“This McDonald's is probably the cleanest best run friendliest workers and best food quality as well as accuracy in Lubbock, that I've experienced. I usually come here on Sunday mornings. And if you can get here about 8:30am, there's hardly a line. But today at 9am oh boy, there's a line. But like I was alluding to earlier, this is the best run McDonald's in Lubbock, and they got through, and I got out of there in 10 to 12 minutes. So congratulations to this McDonald's.“

“A young man by the name of my andrew helped me out with my order yesterday. There was a lady upfront who just keep staring at me and didnt seem like she wanted to help. Then Andrew came and helped me with my order, he was being sweet and caring the whole time. It really elevated my experience.“

“This goes for the manager that was on duty when he learned that that his staff had messed up my order and all I wanted was a refund she went above And beyond to make sure that I was OK with everything that happened. And I am very appreciative. Thank you for making a bad experience a pleasant one.“

“The cleanest McDonald's I've been to. A worker was constantly cleaning and picking up trash and we also got asked in the middle of eating if we needed anything. Manager was very helpful and staff were also very kind. If you go to McDonald's I'd suggest this one.“

“Waited longer than others this morning and should've checked- Missing our 2 hashbrowns for $3.38 on order 1344. 1st time at this one and should go back but probably waste that in gas going back to 19th. Wouldn't bother posting but when you're put aside to wait then it should be correct.“

“Anytime we have ever eaten at this location the team is sooo friendly. Tonight when we went, their system was down and only accepting cash. Of course we didn’t have cash…Jeremy and Yvonne were so kind and apologetic. They sent my whole family home with dinner. 10 out of 10!“
