Saturday Reservation, very few people in the restaurant. Service was slow and inept. Asked for 1/2 & 1/2 tea and was brought unsweetened tea, twice. Ordered the burger well done and lobster ravioli. The burger was made extremely rare. The burger was left on our tab even after we didn’t eat it. No manager addressed the situation or tried to resolve the issue. The lobster ravioli was good so that was at least a positive aspect.
I had a wonderful experience tonight with just a simple call in order.. Alyssa I believe was a manager working tonight and took care of a very small problem with my order in the perfect way.. The customer service is always great when we eat here!! Thank you to all the staff and cooks for your hard work and taking care of our food for my family..
