“ALICE JONES was incredible!!! I love her customer service and politeness. Everyone else seemed liked they did not want to be there or help her out which is unfortunate. This place would be so much better if the other staff had the same energy as her they stayed hidden in the back while she helped customers upfront. “Great view and great food always, got double meat and guacamole. The view of the lake is amazing. Staff didn't want me to film which was weird first time that has happened to me at a Chipotle. Love the food but being told I couldn't leave a reveiw was little weird but I still love Chipotle“

“I doordashed from this Chipotle location and originally they forgot to include half of my order in the bag, so I did a redelivery from doordash for the missing items and not only did i receive the missing items but they also included the original missing items and left a sweet note acknowledging and apologizing for the mistake. Something as small as that really goes a long way!!“
