Chili's in Lubbock

“I have been dining at this Chili’s location for over five years, and I have consistently appreciated the quality of the food and service. However, during my most recent visit, I had an experience that was quite concerning.
I noticed a significant delay in receiving basic items such as cutlery and a straw, even after requesting them multiple times. At the same time, the same server attended promptly to another table that had arrived after me, providing them with both food and utensils without delay. This difference in service made me feel uncomfortable.
I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but I would appreciate it if Chili’s could look into this matter to ensure that all guests are treated with the same level of care and respect.“

“Had a great meal today and Leticia was our server. The place was busy and all the tables by us were full. She had refills before we were dry and checked in regularly. She had out to go containers at a snap. She did fabulous taking care of us. If management reads this and does not reward her then they are missing an opportunity and are in danger of losing a waitress to some other business. She rocked it. Thank you.“
