Chili's in Lubbock

“I have been dining at this Chili’s location for over five years, and I have consistently appreciated the quality of the food and service. However, during my most recent visit, I had an experience that was quite concerning.
I noticed a significant delay in receiving basic items such as cutlery and a straw, even after requesting them multiple times. At the same time, the same server attended promptly to another table that had arrived after me, providing them with both food and utensils without delay. This difference in service made me feel uncomfortable.
I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but I would appreciate it if Chili’s could look into this matter to ensure that all guests are treated with the same level of care and respect.“

“Just stopped in for a quick cheeseburger and french fries. They had a couple of specials that fit our needs. Food was delicious. Waitress was extremely friendly. The burgers and fries came out quickly were hot crispy french fries, waitress campfire drinks filled the whole time we were there“
