“I drop by often for lunch and I never have to worry about my order being wrong. The drive thru staff is always so friendly and kind. I will go out of my way to visit this specific location because the overall quality is so high, between the great food and the sweet staff.“
“7:23pm. 5/30/25. I witnessed a trash bag being waved outside the drive through with window with garbage in it for the 2nd time, causing me to question the cleanliness of the establishment. I decided not to take my order but instead of ask for management. When asking for the manager I was met with a rude abruptive tone, told to leave and I wouldn't be given a name of the manager approving this act. The manager has completely refused to speak or give his name, throwing his hands around asking me to leave the establishment after going inside to speak. Proceeding to follow me out to my vehicle taking photos.. an insulting and riveting experience.Taco Bell... Don't let workers like this make their own rules and talk to customers as they please. “Had an online order, waited about 45 minutes in drive thru, finally got to the window. Asked about the long wait. Low supplies. Came inside because order was not done. But once I received it. It was perfect. So somebody slacking on inventory requisition. Shame.“
“I asked for no tomatoes and the smart ass guy at the window made sure to tell me that there was no tomatoes. I looked at my food and there was tomatoes. He was cussing and on his phone forgot to gives us are drinks. And I asked for different sauces and give me a Hand full of the same ones. They could do better on put people at the window. Very unlikely that I'll go back or tell anyone to go.to that one.
I called and talked to Stephanie and she was very understanding and helpful she offered me to go back and promised my experience would be better I took that offer and went back and it was amazingly good just like it always is. And Jessica was at the window she was very nice and very helpful. Thanks you“
“Coming through the drive thru, the lady named Kelli who took my order was so sweet and caring, she made sure she got everything correct on our order, letting us restate our order and was super patient with us while we were figuring out what we wanted. Leticia was also a major help with making sure she didn’t forget our drinks and made sure we got enough sauces in both of our orders, she was also super nice and patience with us. This is by far the best customer service i’ve had in a long time!“
“Stopped by Taco Bell recently and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and patient, even during a busy time. My order came out quickly, everything was fresh and hot, and the portions were solid. The Crunchwrap was perfectly made and the tacos were packed and flavorful. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. Overall, great service and consistent quality. I’ll definitely be back“
“It was fine except I stood there and ordered, then when going to pay the self pay monitor stopped working and erased my order. The other monitor wasn't operating either. The first one started to work again after a few seconds. Tiny dining area which just seems to a Lubbock thing. Several locations within the same parts of town that are small.“
