“Taco bell is a great place to eat at but with chains it's always a gamble which ones good, and which one is a miss. This one I have to say is good but not great. The service was about the same. The woman at the window misheard but fixed my order and gave me the error as a complimentary gift which was nice. However, the tacos were hard shell and not soft. A bummer for sure but not a terrible thing. This taco bell still is one of the better ones in Lubbock.“
“It never fails that the line will be long if you're planning on going by after 10pm but it moves pretty fast and I've only had a few occurrences where something was left out of my order but it's close to home and for the most part they get everything right and the food is always good. I still recommend this Taco Bell over the others around town.“
“The food was delicious. The cashier was friendly and she had a smile on the whole time and she knew what she was doing and it was really clean and organized the service was quickWheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of room for wheelchairs I'm sure if a couple of friends that were both in wheelchairs could wheel up to the table side by side and still have plenty of room for another if there happened to be another wheelchair there are really light hollow aluminum chairs in the places that are wheelchair accessible a light wind could move the chairs I'm sure a team member would love to help remove the chairs I'm sure ?“
“When we visited this Taco Bell on a Saturday morning, the dining room was clean and well organized. When we placed our order, it was quickly made and delivered right to our table. I would no problem at all returning to this location for a quick meal.“
“Went in one evening placed order and had no change only large bills get to the front drive to pay and they tell me the don't accept 50s or 100s but didn't have that posted anywhere so i had no choice but to drive across the street to a gas station to break the large bill and return about 10 minutes later but I don't think they made a fresh order from when I refused the first as it was already nearly cold and I barely finished my reordering at the drive through before they told me to pull forward and didn't give me the total or ask about any sauces it was waiting for me at the window already I never told them I was coming back only that I was sorry bc i didn't have anything smaller tham 100 bucks and drove off kinda worry they were violating some protocols by giving me that food I had already ordered previously do they do that often like if someones order is wrong do they just dissect it and give it to the next person that orders that ? Makes ya wonder“
“Didn't have any issues despite the poor reviews on here. Grabbed lunch on a Monday. Order was made correctly and service was decently fast. I would personally try it again. It really seems like the taco bells in lubbock are very hit or miss.Parking: Plenty“
“Easily the best location in town! As I pulled up to the Taco Bell drive-through, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful greeting from the staff. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, which added to the overall experience. One particular window team member, August, stood out to me as exceptional. She was extremely helpful and attentive to my order, ensuring everything was exactly how I wanted it. August even offered suggestions and recommendations for other items on the menu that I might enjoy. Her enthusiasm and passion for her job were evident in every interaction we had, making my experience a positive one.The food was fantastic as well. I ordered a variety of items, including tacos, burritos, and nachos, and everything was fresh and delicious. The portions were generous and filling, and the prices were very reasonable.Overall, I would highly recommend the Taco Bell drive-through to anyone looking for a fun and tasty dining experience. The staff, particularly August, were exceptional, and the food was top-notch. I will definitely be returning soon!“
