The brisket is good, with impressive flavor and appearance. The 3 meat plate (double sliced moist brisket and pork rib) with 3 sides is recommended. A Freeto Pie with extra toppings like chopped onions, jalapenos, and grated cheddar cheese was thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant is consistent, one of the best places to get bbq in Lubbock, and people are well trained when it comes to handling their bbq. Management is doing their job. However, some tables were dirty, cornbread was stale, and incorrect change was given. When operating like a fast food, large tips should not be expected.
