Driving through Texas and I was expecting decent barbecue. But we stopped at Bigham's. They were out of the daily special and they had no sausage so I opted for the chopped brisket. But, by the time I got to my table it was cold. My wife got the ham but she said was tasteless and had no flavor. We won't be stopping here again on the way back home.

Fantastic BBQ! The brisket just melts in your mouth. The loaded potato salad is phenomenal. The manager JR, Jay and Kristen were super friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Lubbock!!!

The guy cutting the meat could be more friendly. I got not one word from him. Rest of team was friendly.The stuffed potatoes are really small to be a $14 meal. BBQ was really good.

I love me some good BBQ. This is definitely a great place to bring my family.The serving crew were fast.The only thing that was an "issue" was that the booths are not big people friendly. So if you're pregnant about to pop, I suggest you don't go trying to fit yourself in there unless you want a good workout and squeeze your gut.Love the atmosphere. It was well kept, so no complaints there.By the way, this place serves the Best Mac and Cheese! This was a Holy cow give me your recipe good.Thank you to manager for coming out to greet the house. That's a sign of a good business. For what seems to be short staffed, you make a good team and I can tell everyone working hard to get things going.Keep up the good work!Kid-friendliness: Glad there were little chairs and boosters for my kiddo. I didn't get the chance to see if there was a kid's menu so I can't really speak for that.

The food and environment was amazing!!! My first time here and the staff was so patient, we even had someone (Jr Garcia) come to our table to check on us and ask if we needed to go boxes. Will definitely be back!

I ordered the 4 meat deal with 4 sides. We will not be ordering from here anymore. The only good side was the Mac n chz. I ordered a gallon of sweet tea and did t even get that. I called up there about and apparently they’re suppose to refund me my money back on the tea. I do apologize for this bad review. Once again will not be ordering from here anymore. Besides it wasn’t enough for a family of 4 I paid $80.00 on this it was just a waste . Not worth the money
