My only complaint about Jazz in Lubbock is - they're 100 miles away from Clovis, NM. I've been making the drive to Lubbock just for the crawfish etouffee for a number of years. When I walk through the door almost as soon as they open, they know where I'm going to sit and when I reach the table, my tea is already there, and I see a servers back as she's on her way to place my order.
