I don't leave many reviews but feel compelled to do so tonight. I visit 2-3 times a week. Never once has my order been wrong or subpar. Never encountered any employees having a bad day. Always courteous and working together as a team with the same goal. Even the new hires are obviously fully trained before being assigned tasks. Let me start by saying this Whataburger is not particularly bad. It just suffers from what most Whataburger locations I've been to do. Their drive thru takes obscene amounts of time to get through, even if there isn't a line. Carry out is somewhat better. Though their does seem to be quite a bit of bickering on the overnight shift.The food is decent, but half the time things are missing from the orders.
