My boyfriend went to Popeyes to get me chicken bc chicken is one of my favorites. He went to this location. It was horrible chicken! It was cold and stale tasting. The biscuit tasted like it was just thawed not cooked. So bc I was at work i couldn’t deal with it or go back. So I call this morning and the manager asked me if I saved the food. Service sucked, badly. The food was wrong and what I got was overcooked. Skip this location and try another. Raising canes and Chik-Fil-A is nearby, so much better chicken options are available. Trust me, you will be disappointed at this location.
The absolute rudest customer service I have ever seen. I will never be back to that location. ever again. I have never been treated that bad by anyone in my entire life. That location needs to be closed or all the employees need to be replaced. I am speechless
