Hi There

The first time I went there it was amazing however I’ve been back 3 times and each time is worse than the last. The second time I went my order was wrong and food was cold. The third time I waited for over an hour and got the wrong food. Finally the fourth time I paid for an extra side and never got it. The manager when I was there though was super nice so that’s a plus but otherwise disappointed.

If i could give negative stars i would….Food quality horrible….. the only thing fresh n hot was fries. The day I actually want Popeyes. It is disgusting and they did us wrong all the way around for the price paid….. thus to say wont be going back for who knows how long! The only decent was the drive through lady’s service!

For the very obvious lack of store funding, this team makes up for it with energy and customer service.Imagine if the restaurant has a functional drive thru you could use with out totally damaging your vehicle.Stasha had great inspection training or has been a manager cause that girl was on point....

Placed a mobile order online. Pulled up in drive thru and there were two cars ahead of me. It took the drive thru operator about 10 minutes or so to answer the 1st car in line causing those ahead of me to drive off. When I finally get to the speaker it took about 5 min for them to answer me and two cars behind me drove off. I get to the window and lady in drive had a sucker in her mouth and left it in there while speaking to me. I don’t mind that at all. I understand the need but I think she should remove it while speaking to customers at very least. This location needs work . I think it could be good again.

I don't know what's going on with this chain. I'm willing to say that it has to do with the generation that they employ. No customer service. No sense of urgency. Waited for over 30 minutes.

Went to the drive through and waited over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. The cashier on the intercom kept saying I’ll be right with you and there was no one in front of us, until someone cut right in front of us and helped them instead.I understand things happen, but it would be nice to know what’s going on. The cashier was very rude and I wouldn’t waste your time. Had to pull off and go to Canes instead lol. Their service was 10 times better and faster. Do better Popeyes on 82nd St and University and who ever was working on Thursday night shift. You suck.

12 straps with a side was 45$ no drinks available. And I would have to pay an extra 5$ for gravy. Service the equivalent a self check out at Walmart just slower

Well the food, Humm not anywhere close to commercial. I tried the flounder fish sandwich which it was sad ?. Barely 3 pickles, no shredded lettuce like the other restaurants do. Oh also got the Shrimp tackle box with fries. Now that was sad to. Shrimp was like 4 medium & rest was popcorn Shrimp not consistent. I have no plans on going back. I have been trying all areas restaurants around me on their fish sandwiches. Burger King so-so & Arby's not bad & Sonics so far top number one. ? I love fish.

Horrible service! Waited for over an hour inside. My chicken was set out on the counter for 30 minutes of that hour. Health code violation? Waiting on my sides which were being sent out for the drive through orders the entire time. Every time they said we are waiting on something. It was going out the drive through orders. Finally got my order, went home and they did not give me the biscuits or mashed potatoes. They do not care at this location or know how to check orders as well. Another thing other people walking in got their orders that were placed after me too... they really pressed my patience here...

Only good things to say about their chicken sandwich, it's literally the only thing I go for and can't be compared to any other chicken sandwich around, although the service is normally not the best and their parking lot has a giant CRATER right where your supposed to order ,

I ordered a spicy five strip meal from this place, they tell me it's a 4 minute wait. 15 minutes later they finally give me my food, go home bite into the first strip, the breading outside is cooked but the chicken itself is raw, check this next strip same thing, check the next strip same thing. They literally made me wait 15 minutes to get cooked breading with raw chicken inside

I picked up a DoorDash order for a customer, which means they already had the order come through on their side. I went in and the older woman working said “it’ll be about four more minutes.” That’s fine, but then I heard her have to remind the guy on fry to start the order twice while I was waiting there. Ended up waiting 15 minutes for the customer’s order (5pc tenders and a packet of honey). Another customer also came in having to ask about her drive thru order as she had been waiting out there for some time. Another came in and waited at the counter and the staff entirely ignored him. Ridiculous.
