I’m always chasing a good Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Every new spot I hear about, I’m there. I’ve tried a lot of places and most of them are just okay. Spotted This Bird’s Cooked at Deacon Baldy’s and figured I’d give it a shot.

Excellent service! Olga helped us out tonight and every time we come! She is very sweet, and always has a smile on! We love the service and food is excellent!! Thank you Olga and Christakis staff!
We love this place! We try to come once or two a week. They buy their meat locally and make their veggies fresh every day.
