“you know, i dont even really like donuts. and if i wanted icecream id probably opt for braums or holly hop. but its not the brand that makes this store exceptional, its the amazing and kind and wonderful people that work here!! hands down the best dunkin in lubbock because these people radiate sunshine shout out to the afternoon-evening shift for always being so positive and generous. they take care of you! love yall!!!!“

“I honestly feel kind of silly writing a review for Dunkin’ Donuts, but I just had to give a huge shout out regarding the customer service! The morning crew is some of the nicest people! I was not a fan of the drink that I had ordered, so I went inside and politely asked if it could be remade to something a little bit sweeter. They gave me so many suggestions and made it right away completely replacing the original drink. The manager told me the next time I come through, to let him know that it’s me and he’s gonna make a different concoction for me so we can test out different flavors and see what I like the best. Just not the typical service you expect from a ‘fast food’ place.“
