Dunkin' Donuts in Lubbock

“I honestly feel kind of silly writing a review for Dunkin’ Donuts, but I just had to give a huge shout out regarding the customer service! The morning crew is some of the nicest people! I was not a fan of the drink that I had ordered, so I went inside and politely asked if it could be remade to something a little bit sweeter. They gave me so many suggestions and made it right away completely replacing the original drink. The manager told me the next time I come through, to let him know that it’s me and he’s gonna make a different concoction for me so we can test out different flavors and see what I like the best. Just not the typical service you expect from a ‘fast food’ place.“

“I really like this location of Dunkin. They are very quick, nice and my order tastes great. I use to visit this location often and hadn’t been in awhile– but I was just as happy to return. Definitely one of the better “chain” coffee shops here.“
