“The sweet baristas were so kind today when I placed a mobile order for a medicine ball and proceeded to have a coughing fit at the window when I tried to tell them my name. They made the best tea and wrote me a little note. It was a small act but it absolutely made my day. This is such a great location with the kindest humans.“

“It's been several years since I've visited this location. Once entereing the drive thru I was greeted by an friendly voice and placed me order. Revived my coffee quickly and it was perfect! The lady at window was also friendly and smiling. Will stop here again!!“

“Been here a few times and it's always been good. This is where I first tried the unicorn frappuccino! Theres not that much of a wait, and it can be a bit crowded at times but it is at a college. It's by a study/library and close to restrooms. Free water of course! Friendly staff.“

“Over all this I have to say is the best location in town, every time my wife goes she only wants one thing but she wants it one way and one way only and these guys get it right more often than not, so if I had to advise on a loc to go to it would be the one at West 34th and West loop 289! “I feel like this Starbucks just doesn’t get me! I ask for extra caramel drizzle and I tell them I want A LOT line the cup, and please extra on top. I’ve been to a Starbucks where they get me and it’s wonderful to get such a glorious amount of caramel especially when I’m paying extra on top of an already expensive drink. The baristas are kind, the drinks are great and I’ve never had any real problems but please be a little more generous with the caramel.“

“Went in to get my new cup refilled I got charged full price for them to refill my new Starbucks cup I was told any refill was free to use my new cup. But they will make your new drink in your cup but full price either way. Sad 😔 but was misinformed great service just downcasted.....“

“It's pretty much exactly what you would expect. Everything tastes great as far as drinks go, the prices are a bit high so I do not go every day(but would if I could).The food however is hot and miss, depending on the day and who is there I suppose.“

The location is just a little difficult to reach and there's kind of a funky smell in the atmosphere, not from Starbucks itself. I just went through the drive thru so I'm sure it's perfectly fine inside.“

“Ordered on the app to go. Order was ready when we got there and correct. Only ding is this store is out of some basics, like Splenda and when you order on the app there is no easy way to specify how much cream or half and half you want. It defaults to a "splash" whatever that is!“

“Breakfast run. Located down the road from our hotel on Milwaukee. Ordered smoke bacon cheddar egg sandwich with a tall hot chocolate. Good size sandwich, warm, and good taste. We were in town for one night but hit this Starbucks twice! Friendly, courteous staff when ordering and pick up at window. Great location, short wait, and convenient. Thanks Milwaukee location till next time!“

“JAAAAYYYYDEEEEENNN! *spellcheck*. I came in with my starbies emergency and ALTHOUGH he couldn't solve my issue..he solved my sadness by treating me kindly. His Customer Service is A-1! He displayed such empathy because as we all know when the app isn't working..it feels life isn't the same !🙃 The manager (I can't remember her name) was also very kind. Customer service isn't about solving every issues .. instead making sure your customers leave smiling and they did that !“

“All I can say is Lauren Lauren Lauren! She is the best barista at Starbucks I never liked Matcha until I tried one of her samples. She truly changed my life now Now I only come to the one on university if you need something new or you don’t think you like something but her make you a sample. Trust me you will regret it.“

“Suggestion: Today I ordered an unheated lemon cake, paid and went to wait for my order, after 8 minutes I realized that the staff was heating up all the orders before mine, meaning I had to wait over 30 minutes for a cold order that just needs to be taken out of the drawer and put in a bag, I think they could be much more efficient if they delivered the orders that don't need to be heated immediately instead of putting them in a line of orders where most require heating. It's not always first come, first served, sometimes the most complicated meals are delivered last and the easiest ones first.“

“I went to get Starbucks at the market street Starbucks across the way and it tasted awful! I explained my issue with Nathaniel at this Starbucks and he was very kind and professional! He replaced my drink, I really appreciated it! I did not know the Starbucks inside the stores were different! I will be visiting this store every time from now on! Thank you Nathaniel!“

“Fun fact: find a good barista to unlock the hidden menu🦭.
I fancy their splash of coconut milk. The cream can be extra pumped.
But if ur a professional coffee mate. Emm. Go somewhere like He brew in lbb area. They offer classic drips which are quite unique.“

“My daughter and I shopped at Costco on my recent visits to Lubbock. She came up with the brilliant idea to visit Starbucks. I was TRULY hesitant because I am VERY picky and specific with my Starbucks drink. I took a chance, and boy, was I glad I did. I frequent my Starbucks in Euless, but Haleigh made my drink perfectly. I immediately felt at home again! The entire staff is built on customer service first!! I will visit this Starbucks in town even if I don't need to go to Costco. My daughter said, "This Starbucks had the best customer service experience I've ever had in Lubbock." Thank you for a great experience!!“
