Starbucks in Lubbock

“The sweet baristas were so kind today when I placed a mobile order for a medicine ball and proceeded to have a coughing fit at the window when I tried to tell them my name. They made the best tea and wrote me a little note. It was a small act but it absolutely made my day. This is such a great location with the kindest humans.“

“I feel like this Starbucks just doesn’t get me! I ask for extra caramel drizzle and I tell them I want A LOT line the cup, and please extra on top. I’ve been to a Starbucks where they get me and it’s wonderful to get such a glorious amount of caramel especially when I’m paying extra on top of an already expensive drink. The baristas are kind, the drinks are great and I’ve never had any real problems but please be a little more generous with the caramel.“

“4 drinks for $20! What a deal. We ordered 2 caramel ribbon crunch frappuccinos, an iced caramel macchiato, and a dragonfruit refresher with vanilla bean powder. All great choices ?

Parking: Plenty of parking. Drive-thru is also available.“

“Over all this I have to say is the best location in town, every time my wife goes she only wants one thing but she wants it one way and one way only and these guys get it right more often than not, so if I had to advise on a loc to go to it would be the one at West 34th and West loop 289! WTG guys for keeping mama happy!!!!!❤️“

“It's pretty much exactly what you would expect. Everything tastes great as far as drinks go, the prices are a bit high so I do not go every day(but would if I could).The food however is hot and miss, depending on the day and who is there I suppose.“

“Been here a few times and it's always been good. This is where I first tried the unicorn frappuccino! Theres not that much of a wait, and it can be a bit crowded at times but it is at a college. It's by a study/library and close to restrooms. Free water of course! Friendly staff.“

We stopped by to pick up our order, and everything was perfect. Our order was ready and accurate, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the food tasted delicious. A smooth and pleasant experience all around — great service and great coffee!“

“Ordered on the app to go. Order was ready when we got there and correct. Only ding is this store is out of some basics, like Splenda and when you order on the app there is no easy way to specify how much cream or half and half you want. It defaults to a "splash" whatever that is!“

“Today was my first time at this location around 4:30. Upon lowering my window I was overwhelmed by a pungent odor. Not sure if it was the dumpsters or the business next door. When placing my order the lady sounded aggravated that she had a customer and I was the only one there. However, the young lady who took my payment was very nice and friendly. No complaints about my coffee, it was made perfectly and tasted great!“

“Breakfast run. Located down the road from our hotel on Milwaukee. Ordered smoke bacon cheddar egg sandwich with a tall hot chocolate. Good size sandwich, warm, and good taste. We were in town for one night but hit this Starbucks twice! Friendly, courteous staff when ordering and pick up at window. Great location, short wait, and convenient. Thanks Milwaukee location till next time!“

“Woke up this morning super grumpy and tired so I decided to get Starbucks on my way to work. When I go to the speaker to take my order I was fretted very nicely. The lady on the other side was a 10 out of 10. Very helpful in finding me a drink and seems to be in a good mood. Her customer service was so on point. I left feeling a little better about my morning. The girl at the window was also very nice and had a big smile on her face. Sandwich’s were hot and my drink was exactly the way I wanted it.“

“Suggestion: Today I ordered an unheated lemon cake, paid and went to wait for my order, after 8 minutes I realized that the staff was heating up all the orders before mine, meaning I had to wait over 30 minutes for a cold order that just needs to be taken out of the drawer and put in a bag, I think they could be much more efficient if they delivered the orders that don't need to be heated immediately instead of putting them in a line of orders where most require heating. It's not always first come, first served, sometimes the most complicated meals are delivered last and the easiest ones first.“

I fancy their splash of coconut milk. The cream can be extra pumped.
But if ur a professional coffee mate. Emm. Go somewhere like He brew in lbb area. They offer classic drips which are quite unique.“

“Starbucks is Starbucks. If you like your coffee and their fare do you usually enjoy a visit. I just wanted a cup of coffee while I was waiting I asked the girl if they had any spray cleaner because my goggles are dusty. She told me they weren't allowed to further chemicals for free. I don't know what she meant by that, if you wanted me to tip her for some Windex or what but she didn't give me any. I didn't think it was a strange request but I guess it was she seemed almost offended by it. So I went to the bathroom and wash them I left the door open while I did it. A couple of the male employees peeked around the door to see what I was doing. I guess it's just cuz they're kids but it struck me estranged and I guess I struck them as strange.“

“My daughter and I shopped at Costco on my recent visits to Lubbock. She came up with the brilliant idea to visit Starbucks. I was TRULY hesitant because I am VERY picky and specific with my Starbucks drink. I took a chance, and boy, was I glad I did. I frequent my Starbucks in Euless, but Haleigh made my drink perfectly. I immediately felt at home again! The entire staff is built on customer service first!! I will visit this Starbucks in town even if I don't need to go to Costco. My daughter said, "This Starbucks had the best customer service experience I've ever had in Lubbock." Thank you for a great experience!!“
