“Today after I ordered through the drive thru, my car stalled when only a few cars away from the pickup. The staff was amazing. My order was brought to me. Two young men that work here offered to help move my car. Unfortunately, the car was locked in park. They offered me coffee or water as I waited for my friend to jumpstart my car. The sweetest staff ever. Even the customers in line were so nice and a few offered to help. Great to know that people are so kind and willing to take the time to help. Thank you!!“

“Been here a few times and it's always been good. This is where I first tried the unicorn frappuccino! Theres not that much of a wait, and it can be a bit crowded at times but it is at a college. It's by a study/library and close to restrooms. Free water of course! Friendly staff.“

“Breakfast run. Located down the road from our hotel on Milwaukee. Ordered smoke bacon cheddar egg sandwich with a tall hot chocolate. Good size sandwich, warm, and good taste. We were in town for one night but hit this Starbucks twice! Friendly, courteous staff when ordering and pick up at window. Great location, short wait, and convenient. “This is my favorite Starbucks in Lubbock. I love walking in the store in the morning and everyone telling me good morning. They really go above and beyond. The stickers they put on my coffee lid will really brighten up your morning and everyone tells you to have a great and blessed day. The evening crew they know me all to well lol. They are all around great! They know me by name and also have my items that I will ask for ready to go before I get there. They are always so friendly and welcoming. They even make a point to say hello to my dog by name when he comes up there with me. He is just as happy with the staff as I am. This is the only Starbucks location he will perk up on. Want great service, awesome atmosphere and a good start to morning and good close to your evening this is the place to be. “Ordered on the app to go. Order was ready when we got there and correct. Only ding is this store is out of some basics, like Splenda and when you order on the app there is no easy way to specify how much cream or half and half you want. It defaults to a "splash" whatever that is!“
“The staff in general is very friendly and relatable. The cashiers are sometimes a bit shy, but once you become a regular they'll start opening up a bit more. If you customize your drinks a lot like I do, there may be small inconsistencies between baristas, but nothing that ruins the flavor.“
“My daughter and I shopped at Costco on my recent visits to Lubbock. She came up with the brilliant idea to visit Starbucks. I was TRULY hesitant because I am VERY picky and specific with my Starbucks drink. I took a chance, and boy, was I glad I did. I frequent my Starbucks in Euless, but Haleigh made my drink perfectly. I immediately felt at home again! The entire staff is built on customer service first!! I will visit this Starbucks in town even if I don't need to go to Costco.
