Blink and you'll miss it. My wife and I were in town for the latter part of the week and were really wanting a good cocktail. Something better than what your standard restaurant bar can offer. On the recommendation of an employee at the restaurant where we had dinner, we found this place. The drinks are awesome and Holly is just the best! They use one big ice cube in their drinks so the flavor is never watered-down. Great atmosphere, as well. I'm not sure if they have food.

So what do you do when the airlines don't let you change your flight and you're stuck in Lubbock on a Saturday? A bar crawl, of course! We literally stumbled upon Shotgun Sue's (after lunch at La Diosa Cellars and drinks at Triple J - also good spots.) This is a very cool traditional cocktail bar, one that makes you belly up 2 drinks longer than you plan.
