“(This review is from November 23, 2023)Not sure what's up with the bad reviews, but I guess that's to be expected if you run a 24 hour joint and you have to take care of everyone. We came in on Thanksgiving and were surprised IHOP was open. Claire wanted some hot chocolate to celebrate the times, and we were not disappointed. We were met with friendly smiles, amazing hot cocoa, and solid dessert. The waffle sundae was actually really really good. We personally had a very solid and pleasant experience here, and we will be back“
