Panera Bread in Lubbock

“It was our first time visiting this place, and we absolutely loved it! We received a warm welcome, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The place was very clean, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The food was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!“

“I eat here very regularly. Usually no problems with the service or the food. Today was different. The order was marked as complete before any items were plated,the cooks were eating on the line without removing their gloves and washing their hands, and the breakfast sandwich I had (the avocado and egg) was barely warm, and had an off chemical taste, like it was prepared on an unrinsed surface.

I tried to fill out a complaint via their website, but it required me to gather too much information to complete over my phone.

I need to note that I eat here pretty frequently and the service and food is generally much better“
