What’s the deal with Panera bread on 98th in Lubbock these days? I feel like I'm in a game of "dining area roulette." For the past two months, it's been a coin toss whether or not the front doors will be unlocked when I schedule a meeting or go there for coffee.
I get it, things happen, maybe a baker overslept or someone forgot to set their alarm. But come on, eight weeks of this? It's starting to feel like I'm trying to catch a greased pig in the dark!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOOD AND SERVICE TERRIBLE!!!!
I ordered my food to go at 650pm and waiting for 30mins. I was the only customer that should have been my sign just to go else where but I just ordered anyways because I had been craving a sandwich I hadn’t had in yrs. Finally at 718pm I got up to see why my order was taking so long because I started to see employees talking to each other and on their phones. Went inside at 8:30 didnt realize they closed at 9. They were still serving the drive thru. We stood around for about 10 minutes until two guys in street close came around the corner surprised we were there. They just ignored us and proceeded to make there own food for themselves. About 5 minutes after that a guy in a uniform showed up upset and said he would have to get a manger because technically they were closed and scoffed and walked off.
