The kiosk let me purchase an item that was sold out. Ray made sure we left with excellent customer service, and we were happy. I always go to this Panera even though it is farther away because the atmosphere is inviting and I've never had an issue with customer service.
Came in on the weekend and the place was empty the friendly staff outside greeted us as we entered. Never had Panera before so thought we would give it a try. The place was clean and is a nice building the service was great. Food was great and feed a family of 4 for like 50$ which was a great deal for us.
