My favorite chocolate donut! They're fountain drinks are especially tasty- great ratio of syrup to carbonated water. Also a big fan of the jumbo kolache. Really haven't tasted anything I didn't like.
I really like Rise "N" Shine because it's a non-chain breakfast place with delicious food and friendly service. When I'm in Lubbock I like to get a breakfast burrito and a jumbo jalapeño kolache. Great place!

Always feel like I'm getting yesterday's kolache when I order one. They go to the back for it. Come back. Nuke it. It's hard in places and dried up. Donuts never fail me.
