Chicken and fish are good. Greens were a bit salty, Mac was greasy and not cheesy. The best thing I tasted were the hush puppies(amazing). They charged a 43+% gratuity to our bill. Our food for 4ppl was $80+ish and the tip of $44 was automatically added to the bill. Idk how this works, but if I'd known I would have eaten else were. Food 5/10 service 7/10.

When you’re in Las Vegas, you MUST venture off the strip and dine at Darla’s Southern Cajun Bistro! The service and food are impeccable. The food is fresh, well seasoned, and delicious. We will definitely go back the next time we’re in the area.

Darla's Southern Cajun Bistro offers a delightful dining experience with its fresh, flavorful, and expertly-cooked dishes. The menu features standouts like the best catfish, shrimp and grits, and a variety of tempting desserts. There is also a fantastic shrimp poboy with sweet potato fries and a side of mac and cheese that has a nice kick. The staff is friendly and hardworking, and the ambiance is inviting and clean. Customers appreciate the Ole Skool Southern fried chicken, and all the sides are on point. The chef even greets customers when possible, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While there have been some AC issues, visitors find the food perfect and often return for more.
