Me and my fiancé originally stopped by here for the first time several months ago & we were informed they were out of catfish as well as several other items so we ended up leaving. We ended up returning to give them another try, and upon walking in we were informed that they did not have dine in service due to not currently having any wait staff, however we decided to still order anyways to support a black business. They were clean on the inside from what I saw. I ordered the catfish Poboy fried extra crispy with the fries. My man got the catfish dinner with the two sides. Everything is cooked to order per the chef, so our food took about 20 minutes to come out . He got mac & cheese and greens. The catfish was delicious fried perfectly & seasoned well. The fries were good. The sides were disappointing & underwhelming. The macaroni and cheese was runny. And clearly not baked. It was flavorless the greens were bland unseasoned with hardly any meat. Unfortunately we threw both sides in the trash. I'm not sure if i would return here but it was worth a try.

Best catfish I ever had, cooked to perfection. The okra was fresh and all the food was hot & flavorful. Great staff, clean and inviting. This was my first time and I will be back soon.

The food was ok , I got the chicken fried chicken , which is eggs , potatoes, two biscuits with a chicken breast on top , the chicken was dry and tuff not juicy at all I wouldn't recommend this dish because it comes with two biscuits at the bottom, they put the chicken breast on top. They only drizzle a small amount of gravy on the top of the chicken breast, and they do not put any gravy on the biscuits, leaving the biscuits very dry. when you ask for a small little cup of extra gravy, they will charge you extra they charge extra for every little thing. Also, I got a lemonade and it didn't taste like lemonade. It was more like water with three lemons squeezed in it wasn't great at all. I won't be back for seconds !

Service was about a 8/10 because they were very busy but still pretty fast and nice. The ambiance is very inviting and clean and the food oh my goodness the food was worth the wait everything was delicious hot and flavorful I truly enjoyed it. GOT EAT HERE

The food is excellent. You won't be disappointed. I've been to Darla's many times. My favorite is Shrimp and grits. Mom loves the catfish dinner. They have great desserts. Be sure to try the caramel cake or German chocolate cake. They provide friendly customer service. The chef even comes out to greet you if he's not too busy. The restaurant is clean. You can even watch your favorite sport on television.

I've patronized this business for approximately 3yrs. The Food is great. I've seen staff come & go, however the two (2) females that were staffed as hostesses today should be immediately replaced; for they were not harmonious, accommodating, professional, nor welcoming. . When I placed my order I requested water with lemon. The waitress, returned with water, but no lemon. My water set for 15 minutes before my breakfast was brought out. I asked the waitress again for lemon and she returned with one small slice. I then requested the waitress to bring me an additional lemon slice, but she stated that the restaurant only gives out one slice of lemon per customer, and I would be charged for a slice (which is not on the menu) by the way. That was an outright lie... due to the fact I had breakfast at this same this restaurant 3 weeks ago and received as much lemon for my water as I requested. REPLACE YOUR STAFF! I thought that was absolutely ridiculous and a form of greed. I sent the entire breakfast order back to the kitchen. If I'm going to spend $20 or more for breakfast, Darla's should patronize there customers with better service and accommodations. how are you going to charge for an item That's not on the menu? a slice of lemon is not on the menu. This calls for a plan of correction....if not, you'll find your orders be retuned to the kitchen more often

Amazing Food. Very flavorful. I had the pork chops, collard greens, and yams. The chops were lightly fried, collard greens had smoked turkey and the yams were on point. They were not too sugary. I would highly recommend this place if visiting Las Vegas.

I was in your restaurant today, when I experienced a very rude hostess to a party of ten. She did not try to accommodate them. When the nice gentleman informed her of her rudeness. She just continued to be rude. She need customer service training.

The food was good the fries was amazing with the crawfish in it. The catfish was seasoned and light. The service was good we was a party of 19 and everyone enjoyed the food and service. The ambiance was okay.

I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner from them which feeds about 8 people, I went and picked it up the day before. Well where should I start...the ham was a tad bit overcooked. The dressing was the worst I've ever eaten, I would actually call it a stuffing instead because I tasted no sage, poultry seasoning or anything that would convince me it was dressing. It seemed to have been cooked with jiffy cornbread because it was too sweet and had sandwich bread to make it go further and more sandwich bread than than cornbread, that is why it looked and tasted like stuffing. The yams lol cut up yams boiled with sugar and no butter or cinnamon or nutmeg, just cooked with water and sugar. No body would eat it and it ended up being thrown out. So no thanksgiving dinner for us. Money gone down the drain. Btw writing this hurts me to give a bad review to a black American like myself.

Granddaughter was in the hospital having a baby I gave her the money so they could order that Thanksgiving dinner by the 15th we have called and called and called no one answers the phone at this place So when they got to him on the 16th they were rude said we were busy and very arrogant and we don't take orders anymore I would never recommend this place to anybody after I read the reviews how good they were somebody must've made them up because they were so rude you couldn't even go over there because they don't answer the phone so you can order anything don't use this place
