Usually love this place but today we went and ordered my husband one of his favorite drinks. The total came out to six dollars. I gave the cashier guy a $10 bill. He looked at me and was like “so do you want your change” and I said “yes please”. We’re always usually tippers, but we truly believe it’s relies on service and usually when they give me my change, I hand something back in this case with his attitude due to me not tipping. I wasn’t going to give him any change. He proceeded to be rude. told him thank you and ignored me! I will say I’m baffled by the behavior! Definitely don’t feel bad for not tipping

A little disappointed in this trip 1 the staff was friendly and quick but I went for the free kids drink and postcard - but I didn’t take my kid as he’s a teenager and sleeping but wanted to surprise him!
I was told I couldn’t get the drink and postcard unless the child was in the car with me … but it doesn’t say that on any of your collateral, just says with a purchase.

More recently have noticed the atmosphere feels rushed & unfriendly. Had to go back and get a drink fixed asked the lady to throw the bad one away for me and she said No she couldn’t throw it away for me. No idea why she couldn’t walk 3 feet inside and throw it in the trash can but she refused.

I drove past work this morning at 645 am thinking I have 15 minutes I can get a coffee. I ended up getting stuck between two cars in this drive through for over 10 minutes just for a regular coffee. I work less then two minutes away. Now I am late to work and lost a point. Is wrong of me to have the expectation that I could get a coffee in this drive through in under 15 minutes?

Overall they do a good job, but it's happened twice now where whoever takes my coffee order gets it wrong. I think it's because their music is way too loud they have a tough time hearing me. I asked for a black coffee and they gave me a latte.

They are very nice they love talking to you. Before they give you your drink they wipe off the sides to make sure your hands don’t get wet. They are amazing I defend recommend coming here
