First off, I was so excited when a location opened so close to my house after trying it for the first time at a different Lubbock location. It was great the first few times. About a month ago, my drink was weak and gross and I thought that maybe they were having a bad day and took it back for a remake. No big deal. It happens. Then today, my husband brought me coffee to work. Mine and my friends drinks are not drinkable. I’ve had the coffee before so I know what it should taste like. I can’t leave work to get another coffee so I am pretty upset. You can’t mess with peoples coffee in the mornings!!!

Pretty good coffee here. If you give them your phone number they can just see previous orders...and you can say, same as last time. Fast and friendly service too. Drawbacks, just need a full time job and a side hustle if you want to indulge on a regular basis as they can be on the pricy side.

My drink was tasty but a little too sweet but everyone there was friendly and helpful. Will be returning.
I went to this location today on my way to an appointment, and ordered something I never had before. I didn't like the drink, and went back after my appointment (about 20 minutes later) to exchange the drink. They refused to exchange the drink even though I the drink was still full. I have spent well over $200 at this location since it opened and have always had great service, but never again.

I stopped by to get a gift card.. the employee proceeded to tell me that there were questions to fill out before completing purchase and it was a question I wouldn't expect with a gift card. It was for a tip. Um. You did your job right? That's what you get paid for correct? That question should be automatically skipped for something like this transaction and asked for my phone number and I get text messages for their rewards. I don't want that so I stopped it but tell me please if that is why you need my phone number..
