Anna's will forever and always be one of my most favorite Mexican food restaurants in Lubbock. The service is always great, and the food is even better than that!

My daughter took me to Anna's for my birthday, it was our first time there, great service and atmosphere, the food was outstanding! I forgot to take a photo, but trust me, it was the Best, flavorful, and fresh, I will definitely be back!!!!

My name is Trish. I arrived at the beginning of this month and made to purchase. Which is listed. This is what I asked for (1) enchiladas (1) beef, brisket, (1)chicken and this is what I came with 3 cheese enchiladas. I was barely given any beans or rice. I have been calling Anne' every since asking to speak to a manager. Being placed on daily and no manager comes on the phone or their hanging up the phone. I called immediately when I noticed my food was wrong!!! That's on the other side of town!! Im asking for a manager when I call and I'm PLACED on Hold without response and the STAFF HANGS UP THE PHONE, OR DAY THE MANAGER IS BUSY AND WILL CALL BACK. NEVER DID!! there's many excuses leaving me on hold and NOT RETURNING MY CALL. I posted the food online. Why would one want a 3 cheese enchiladas!!! WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT ALL CHEESE ENCHILADAS!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR WHAT I ASKED FOR. DISGUSTING!!!

Nice little gem tucked away in Lubbock. The place was packed on a Wednesday evening. We sat at the bar and the bartender took great care of us. Blackened Mahi tacos were delicious. The chips and salsa were addictive. Topped it all off with a habanero margarita. Excellent spot!
We waited a long time to be seated. It was clean and good music. Salsa & chips delicious. Taco salad was mid. Waiter was sweet. Brisket queso was a new item and it was alright. This food is very Americanized. Based on my first experience, I dont think I'll be returning

This was our first visit and it was a good experience. We were seated without waiting, and our server was very attentive. We ordered a taco/enchilada combo and fish street tacos/street corn. The taco/enchilada combo was good. The street tacos were bland. However, as stated earlier, it was an overall good experience.

Four of us had Fri lunch, Israel was excellent server and so pleasant. Hot sauce perfectly spiced and homemade chips. Relleno and chicken enchiladas very delicious as well as steak street tacos. Loved the refried beans and rice.
Anna’s Mexican Restaurant is the BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT we were introduced to. A friend treated us to dinner there for our first time. We will definitely be back. We had the Isaiah Chili Relleno, Green Chili Chicken Enchilada & Cheese Chili Relleno, and the 3 Enchiladas Meal with all the different Sauces. The Beans and Spanish Rice were the bomb ?.
Come on down to the restaurant and I guarantee you will not leave disappointed!
