This is a very great Arby's. While in Lubbock TX I made it a point to come back again before I left for home in NM.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely the best. Wish I could remember the wonderful young lady that helped me. She was what made a bad day turn into a much better evening. Thank you young lady. When in Lubbock TX again I WILL stop by. Great customer service is hard to get now days.

This is the very last time I go to this location! This is the third time in a row that I have ordered through the drive through and my entire order isn't fresh at all!! All of it tasted like it had been sitting out for a long long time. And this was during lunch!!!! This is prime time that things should be fresh!!!

The food was very well put together and tasty. But the service was just ok.. pretty clean restraunt.
They were out of their cheese, out of root beer, ordered a peach lemonade and gave me what looked like a kids drink.. said it was a large yet my daughter's med was bigger and nothing was ever said until I questioned it. Asked for a manager and apparently the lady who was waiting on me was the manager. Told her I wanted a Sprite. Sent back the baby cup.. no apologies or anything sent me on my way.. no excuse! Customer service could've saved this review from being sent!
