Spent 20 minutes in drive through. I assume they were slaughtering the cows in the back and peeling potatoes since it took so long. Horrible customer service. They should closed down instead being open. Saw a snail pass me by. I would of left but they already took my money. I wrote this while waiting in line

Went to this location, but two chicken club sandwich combos chicken was not cook. My wife got sick and call guest service. They may like they work on to call. Call me back issue me a refund for my order no refund no call. Bad service when I visit this location again They should teach their cooks how to cook food properly. So they don’t get anyone sick
No large drinks, barely got any curly fries or regular fries and my ham and cheese sandwich was nothing. Very disappointing…for paying over $30 dollars this is unacceptable…

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely the best. Wish I could remember the wonderful young lady that helped me. She was what made a bad day turn into a much better evening. Thank you young lady. When in Lubbock TX again I WILL stop by. Great customer service is hard to get now days.

This is the very last time I go to this location! This is the third time in a row that I have ordered through the drive through and my entire order isn't fresh at all!! All of it tasted like it had been sitting out for a long long time. And this was during lunch!!!! This is prime time that things should be fresh!!!
