It was a usual excellent tasting Arby's sandwich, but I had to pay $16 for a standard sandwich and a large roast beef. The quantity and size did not seem to be up to the standard I've expected before. The price is out of control. It was amazing how many things they were out of, including curly fries and they said only one more bag of the regular fries. How does a place like this function without fries? Then the sauces, although I didn't necessarily want any There was several my wife did that weren't available. They did have the horsey sauce so that's all good. The guys were very explanatory and helpful and apologetic.

The food here is excellent if a bit higher $$ than other places. Had half pound and classic roast beef with au jus sauce, curly fries, and unsweetened tea with sweetener added by me. It was yum, my dogs got about half the meat in the larger sandwich, 5+ barks rating! Apple turnover dessert, too. Fries never made it home, l polished them off with help of my little dog. The drive-through people were kind and attentive about adding sauces and sweetener to my order. This really is a 6+ out of 5 star place, I love it. Can't wait to try the new beef tips or brisket, but the classic is my first love. I always wind up spending more than I intended because the whole menu is so tempting. I even got my neighbor a sandwich, because he's been doing me big favors and I know he LOVES that beef and au jus pairing.

I sent my husband to get my lunch from there for me because I cannot leave work and when he brought it the fries were so cold! The sandwich was cold! This is so frustrating and now he’s back at work and I cannot leave so disappointed! It’s bad enough with how expensive everything is! The cheese on the sandwich was the only thing barely warm the meat is so cold! After the day I’m having all I wanted was a good lunch! Do better

We have only been to this location twice and BOTH times, nothing is said at the drive thru. We pull around to the window and nobody is to be seen. Wonderful first impressions!

The store is always clean and the manager is super friendly. Our kids travel there regularly on their bikes then he’s always very nice to them. He always goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable.
