The store is always clean and the manager is super friendly. Our kids travel there regularly on their bikes then he’s always very nice to them. He always goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable.

Btw 3oz for classic 6 oz for double and half pound is 8oz (16oz to a lb)..just to let the employee know. But great place for processed, greasy roast beef sandwich, get cheese or a drink bc it can be hard to swallow...

Well, I made an attempt to eat here. I was one of two total customers in the building. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. I finally had to just walk out and go next door to Schlotzsky’s. Really not a good look when you can't handle 2 customers. I was surprised.
The guy was super nice food was great some of the best Arby's I've had in years I would've taken pictures but everyone was super hungry and ate their food up quick I do wish though they never closed the one in my town tho now I gotta drive 2 hours away

Rudest people you could have, we walked in stood at the cou ter for over 12 minutes not one person asked to take our order but they could see us standing there from the back kitchen, we leaned over the counter the Chinese dude saw me and still proceeded to just walk around!! Finally a guy walked up took our order we went and sat down as we were sitting again the Chinese dude opened the door that they have to enter behind the register and says all food is out here ITS 5 STEPS FROM WHERE WE WERE SITTIG HE COUKD HAVE JUST HANDED US THE FOOD INSTEAD HE SAYS OUR FOOD IS SITTING OUT THERE!!!!! Why even have people working for you if there just going to be rude as could be just looks at you at the front counter and the audacity to open the damn door that's not even 5 steps from us and say your foods out there and then shut the door so we had to walk all the way around when you could have just handed it to us
