Everything was so delicious! Callen was our server and was on top of it! Drinks were always full and he checked on us appropriately. Can’t recommend the pickle chips, chicken sandwich, or country fried steak enough. I recommend 100%

Manager: “I skipped you guys twice.”
Director expects pastor to forgive pastor’s shock and pregnant sobbing is because of her pregnancy
2️⃣ Made-Up Policies
An extra hour added once they saw we had a pastor—or simply because of who we are.
Harassments followed the families.
3️⃣ Food Poisoning & ER Visit
One ended up in the emergency room with suspected intentional food poisoning for speaking up.
No on-site remedy or apology—only confrontation & harassment’s to pastor & pregnant.
4️⃣ Home Intimidation
Family refused to share our home address for vouchers to comeback.
Aspen Creek director contacted family at home to intimidate including the pregnant causing her anxiety and fear in her own home
5️⃣ Review System
Negative feedback branded “fake.”
Restaurants around them operate longer hours, busier, longer years in business, has more capacity yet less half the “positive reviews”
6️⃣ Ignored & Targeted
They were clearly targeted as others —whether for having a pastor or simply for who they are.
The one who spoke up targeted with nasty false claims

My husband and I went in there on December 30 to celebrate his birthday. We got a coupon from Aspen Creek so we thought that we would try them again because the last couple of times just we’re not very good. We ordered our drinks and about 10 minutes later, the server brought us some water Saying the bartender had messed up and gave us draft beer instead of bottle beer and wanted to know if we wanted that instead we did not. We ordered our food and we got our drinks about three minutes before we got our food. I ordered the steak special as it was on a Monday and my husband got the chicken fried steak, the steak was so tough and I could not eat it and my husband‘s mashed potatoes with his chicken fry were cold. I mentioned this to the server but nothing was done to make things better and I never spoke to a manager. I don’t know what’s happened to Aspen Creek but their food has not been as good as it had been in the past, I wrote corporate to let them know about this situation but unfortunately I’ve not heard back from them. That’s why I thought if I put this on Facebook, maybe the management at Aspen Creek Lubbock would contact me at any rate it’s disappointing because it used to be one of our favorite places to go.

I come here every Monday and tonight’s service and food was unacceptable. The temperature was so cold we weren’t even able to enjoy the meal, my steak was cooked wrong and was tough I always get medium. My green beans had a long string of hair as I was chewing. I asked for the fish to be fried hard and it was soggy. This has been a place I visit every Monday and I brought my Family and I’m very disappointed.
