The fillet medallions were extremely tough trying to cut thru first one landed in floor.. tried to eat it but gave up..food usually good.

Horrible chicken on the kicking pasta they messed up our order and they put no sausage in our pasta and the margaritas were WAY!!! to strong

My son and daughter in law took me here for my birthday today. Service was great. It is a Saturday evening and the wait time was only 25 minutes compared to an hour or more at other places here in Lubbock. Service was great. The waitress was attentive. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed. I will definitely go again.

Aspen Creek Grill is so amazing! I got the smothered chicken with a side salad and mashed potatoes and the food was fantastic! Best grilled chicken I’ve ever had! Service was great too and my waitress was so nice! I loved the Atmosphere too as the place looked really cool! Overall: 5 stars

So I absolutely love aspen creek. The salmon is my go to. My husband and daughter get steaks I always get salmon with rice and green beans. Oh my gosh the beans green are so delicious. I work evenings 15 hrs a day- I usually order from here at least once a week. I last night I ordered rice pull off. It came to $7.44. I pad with a $20. The cashier says I may not have the exact change amount is that ok? I thought ok he’s gonna end up owing me a couple cents a nickel at the most. Nope. He gave me $12 back. He kept .56. Wait what? Shouldn’t you give me a whole dollar back instead of making me have to pay the price for you not having any lose change? I was on lunch break and didn’t make a stink about it as I was tired too. But it erks me even now thinking of it. I live paycheck to paycheck and am literally scraping by the week of payday. This company makes hella money to have to make their customers eat the cost. Imagine they keep .56 from every cash paying customer . That money adds up. As I said I do order often and I do intend to gain my money back ordering the same thing and only having $7.00 and ask them is that ok. The same guy usually works the register so I’m counting on him remembering. So come back for an update. I’ll let you know how it turns out and I may change the one star if they give me my hard earned money back. Yall prolly thinking it’s only .56. Well for you all thinking that my pockets ain’t deep like urs and you should thank the good Lord you were not chosen to be poor where .56 cents may not seem much to you, but to someone like myself it truly does. Esp large restaurant doing this is upsetting. Let’s see if you do better aspen creek.

We LOVE Aspen Creek! Not only is the food fantastic, but the service is amazing, and they are so committed to partnering and blessing the community! They were so kind and provided a meal for an event for teachers here at our building at no cost to them! The food was VERY good... we are so thankful for VJ and Aspen Creek!

We got sat pretty quickly for a Sunday after church crowd. The place was pretty busy. Few minutes after being sat the manager came and got our drink orders since our server was busy. Server came shortly after and got our food order. Food took a little longer than usual but it was busy and we're not your typical church group known for Sunday crowds so we were ok with it. Our server kept us informed of the delay. Got our food and I'm telling you that was the best burger and fries I've had in a long time. Definitely will be going back. Great service, great food. Don't remember our servers name or I would definitely give her a shout out.

I ordered a Caesar salad as a side they had tons of salad dressing on the salad. I couldn’t eat it. They charged me for it the first time, even though I ordered it as a one of the sides with the meal when I pointed out to the waitress, they said they would fix it. They brought me another salad with the salad dressing on the side but then when we checked out, they charge me for two Even though it was their fault, their mistake so I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever
