Sat down for 10 minutes, bartender looked at us then ignored us. Another table came in after 5 minutes passed and then gave them menus and took their drink orders. Ask to speak with the manager but she said they were too busy to speak with me and ask what I wanted to speak with them about. Told the host and she said it was cause they were so busy. I told her how is that an excuse when we were sitting there for 10 minutes. She said she was sorry and to have a good day.

We always enjoy our dinner @ Aspen Creek. Last night I ordered the Cajun Catfish which I often order. It’s supposed to be served on a bed of seasoned rice. The two catfish fillets were extremely thin and they forgot my rice. No extra side was offered to sub for the rice. This was the only time I’ve been disappointed with Aspen Creek. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

Took forever to get our drinks. Staff made it difficult to get a high chair. Table placement was tight and felt crowded. The food was really good and it wasn't crazy expensive.

My friends and I come to Aspen Creek every Monday (as we love the steak deal.) From temperature to taste, I have almost no complaints. But my problem lies with the service. Since we go every week at the same time, we have the same server every time. For anonymity purposes, I will not share her name. But her service is consistently below par. She has her regulars she consistently hugs, greets, and serves better than the rest of us. But it leaves the rest of their bar/grille area unattended to. She’s a sweet enough young lady - but more attention to people she doesn’t know would go a long way!

I had to update my review for Aspen creek. 4/5/24 we went to get dinner and it took a while for the host to come to the front and seat us. It wasn’t very busy this night. The shrimp app was good but the baked potato was a little hard and the mac and cheese was dry with very little cheese. I would say about half of the food was good the other half was not. When they first opened it was very good I feel like the quality of food is going down. Hope they fix this!
The grill ribeye is the best I have ever tasted, then any other steak house. I love that the beer is cold. This is probably just me. But I like out going server’s, not that they were not attentive. I just like more interaction with my servers: like I’m the only one they are serving. I will keep going back for the food.
All around it was fantastic! Our server Jacob was fantastic!I got the ribeye, and it was good!(The fries were a disappointment)Fried pickles were great, as was the ranch.The decadent salmon was amazing!Willing to return again!

Server was completely disrespectful and the manager refused to refund me what they messed up on. I ordered certain sides and I didn't get them. Fish was dry, bland and not worth anything I spent on it. She only offered for me to come drive back across town to get the right ones or a discount next time i came back. I tried explaining that the gas I'd spend is more than the sides cost and she got an attitude with me and started getting angry. The attitude earned them the 1 star.

We hadn't gone here for awhile cause of a bad experience last time , so we wanted to give another shot .. As soon as we got there the hosts were rude and didn't care hate to say it but definitely felt like we were discriminated against. I could understand if they were busy I wouldn't be saying anything right now, But we made reservation for 8 Said for us to he there by 553 , we there at 545 . 5 of our party was there , asked if we could sit if its ready , told us No all is had to be there infront of them . We Said OK. So we waited, Other people showed up some had the whole party on no problem. Them had a group of 7 waiting on 2 others , they got seated . So we asked can we get seated. Nope it's our policy everyone must be present. And then another group showed up missing 2 again. After 2 min they got seated Said they are on there way they no problem we will seat you. Again we Said what how come you sat them and not us? Again it our policy and then ignored us like they were busy. The rest our party 3 other showed up 5 min later , we told them they are here walking up ,and they he replied in a condescending voice. Do you wanna seat or do you wanna wait for them to be sure it's them. It took everything I had to bite my lip to for him to speak to my wife like that. Now I will give our waiter props very good fast and polite great worker, food was OK definitely it has been better on other occasions. Again I would understand if they were busy they multiple servers hanging out and the hosts in thier phones what a surprise. Just look at my pics I took while we were waiting. We could have been sitting orderinf drinks and appetizers and building a tab making them money, but instead they rather have us sit in a no profit seats not ordering , we normally get about $100 in drinks alone, we spent $25. For this reason. We won't be back. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. There are far too many other restaurants with better service you can visit and get better food . Definitely won't be back and or recommend
