I’d leave no stars if I could could the manager is using some screwy deal tactics and needs to be replaced, I’ve been told one thing and sold another more times than I care to admit, also idk how their cooling the pretzels to be more stale but you’re wasting your money at this location if you go

Needed a snack while walking through the mall. Very fast and convenient place to grab a bite.

Parking: the mall is usually busy but handicap is right outside door a lil walk for the rest but worth it

Kid-friendliness: lots of choices for kids from individual pieces to sharing bigger portions of reg bites or stuffed and sweet pretzels for dessert

Wheelchair accessibility: open walk-in line and tables and chairs are easily accessible to move and accommodate wheelchair

Horrible!!I understand they where busy i ordered original nuggets they said it was an 8min wait but they had the small the small literally half the cup my child had been craving them the reason we waited ?

Walked up to 5 workers just standing there not doing anything but talking to eachother, tried to order there new confetti nuggets and got told it would be a 15 min wait then the coworker in the back with a rude expression said it was actually be 25 min that doesn’t even make sense, maybe if they were actually working and not talking they would have some ready, will not be coming back

WAAAAY too much salt and really only 3 pepperoni slices. NOT coming back

If I could give a negative I would. Purchased a large pretzel bites cup and a drink. They handed me a small. I pointed it out and they said "well, we cannot give you a large..." Dumbfounded about that statement I asked for a refund. They refunded someone else (hope you enjoyed your free stuff). I told them it wasn't me, they looked for a few minutes then started helping others. Then told me "Sorry, cannot find it. " what in the heck is going on here?!

Super fast and accurate service. Super tasty pretzels!! Tyler G. was so kind and personable when taking my order.

The pretzels and lemonades were good...when we finally got them! The three girls working there were so busy goofing around it took forever to get our food!

Auntie Annie's is a little treasure tucked inside the South Plains Mall. I can not go to there without having some Auntie Annie's it just wouldn't feel right lol! Always smiling faces and friendly service. Great tasting food and great place!
