Slowest people ever

strawberry pina colada is the best flavor

Absolutely awful. Ordered a tiger blood and got no syrup. Straight ice and I even had an icicle in my snow cone. Happys is way better.

i ordered the acaí bowl and it was so watery i was holding it in my lap and it spilt everywhere. there was no coconuts in the bowl and the strawberries were so soggy. i wouldn’t even give no stars if there was an option.

product is great, employees have horrible attitudes. this is the first time I’ve been to a Bahama bucks since moving to Lubbock, and it’s going to be the last at this store. after they call out my order, in which im walking up to the counter yet to pick it up, the employee makes fun of my order right in front of me. i get that adding whey protein to my order might not be typical, but to comment on it in front of your customers is rude. it’s not that hard to have manners.

I ordered a Wavebender last night and it tasted SOOO bad. It’s supposed to be a sweeter taste and it tasted sour and extremely carbonated. My friend also ordered ice cream and it tasted sour as well. As if it was old or something.

I absolutely hate this location. Why offer in app to do a normal top if you are going to make it flat top? They are extremely rude and make my experiences at this one terrible every time. I guess I will just go to happys.

Nice place to go for a cold treat. Dr. Pepper smoothie is great. Just personal preference, but it was a little cold in the building.

The snow cone had hardly any flavor in it. I got the gummy bear large snowcone and first bite had some flavor look down for another bite and that flavored syrup or juice whatever its called didnt even get passed the top layer. Service was excellent but the snowcone lacked alot of juice.

It’s a great place to get snow cones. Way overpriced (3.99 for a 8 oz) and you need to ask for extra flavoring in the snow cones to get enough flavoring because they are “instructed to not put too much flavoring.” I’d recommend you go to Happy’s because you get more for your buck and it’s not nearly as packed if you don’t go through the drive through. They have 2.00 baby snow cone (8 oz) Tuesdays, but it’s always packed and takes 30 minutes+ usually.

Parking: Limited spots for how popular it is. It has plenty of spots but it’s hard to get out of with how long the drive thru line is.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.
