“Oh dang!! I ordered a lemon flavored Stitch inspired cake for my granddaughter`s birthday. It was delicious and decorated perfectly. The lemon was very subtle but definitely flavorful. I also ordered a dozen brownies and everyone said they were the best brownies they ever had... baked perfectly, thick, perfect chocolate taste, moist. I'll definitely be back as a repeat customer!“

“We ordered the decorate your own cookie kit for our sons Valentines day party and added a request for an accommodation (2 smaller bags of each icing instead of one bigger bag) since it was for an elementary life skills class and they took it a step further and made individual cups of sprinkles and reassured me at pickup that they were more than happy to help! “I have been going to this establishment for over 30 years and I go back regularly. My all-time favorite breakfast is a pumpkin empanada and a chorizo and egg burrito from Jimenez. We sometimes have breakfast there on Saturdays, but I most often go on weekdays on my way (sort of, actually it is a bit out of my way now) to work. Sometimes I take postres (pastries) back for my co-workers and they always love them. I also ALWAYS order pecan pies from Jimenez for the holidays. They are the best I have ever tasted and my family loves them.“

“Hands down the absolute best Panderia in Lubbock! They are so so soft and you can tell they are very freshly made! They even have these cute Concha Cupcakes, and they are so cute and so so good!!! Also, at the register, (if you are lucky enough to get some before they sell out) they have these brownish small cookies you can tell are coated in sugar and they are so delicious!!! On one side is a panderia/store and the other side is a dine in restaurant. The restaurant side is very clean & the food was so good! We visited the Panderia before but this was our first time visiting the restaurant side. They offer Menudo too which is what my husband and son got and they both said it was really good! Highly recommend you take a trip out there, you will NOT regret it!!“

“Absolutely loved it! I was super excited to try them out once I called and they confirmed gluten free options. Gluten free cinnamon roll was delicious it is the closes to the real thing! The gluten free cupcakes can’t even tell a difference 😊 only if I lived closer I’d be there all the time 😩
