“Oh dang!! I ordered a lemon flavored Stitch inspired cake for my granddaughter`s birthday. It was delicious and decorated perfectly. The lemon was very subtle but definitely flavorful. I also ordered a dozen brownies and everyone said they were the best brownies they ever had... baked perfectly, thick, perfect chocolate taste, moist. I'll definitely be back as a repeat customer!“

Nate talked through a couple of options with me over the phone, took our order, and assured me they could get it taken care of. “Purchased a loaf of the Garlic and Herb bread at Lubbock Pride Parade. I had some slices with dinner this evening it is absolutely amazing! The bread texture is wonderful, and the flavors take you on a journey do not pass them up! I toasted some slices with a little bit of irish butter very delightful. Thank y'all for coming out to the Pride Parade and being a vendor it means a lot seeing so many supportive businesses who genuinely care about the community! Keep up the great work!“

“I have been going to this establishment for over 30 years and I go back regularly. My all-time favorite breakfast is a pumpkin empanada and a chorizo and egg burrito from Jimenez. We sometimes have breakfast there on Saturdays, but I most often go on weekdays on my way (sort of, actually it is a bit out of my way now) to work. Sometimes I take postres (pastries) back for my co-workers and they always love them. I also ALWAYS order pecan pies from Jimenez for the holidays. They are the best I have ever tasted and my family loves them.“

“Hands down the absolute best Panderia in Lubbock! They are so so soft and you can tell they are very freshly made! They even have these cute Concha Cupcakes, and they are so cute and so so good!!! Also, at the register, (if you are lucky enough to get some before they sell out) they have these brownish small cookies you can tell are coated in sugar and they are so delicious!!! On one side is a panderia/store and the other side is a dine in restaurant. The restaurant side is very clean & the food was so good! We visited the Panderia before but this was our first time visiting the restaurant side. They offer Menudo too which is what my husband and son got and they both said it was really good! Highly recommend you take a trip out there, you will NOT regret it!!“

“Absolutely loved it! I was super excited to try them out once I called and they confirmed gluten free options. Gluten free cinnamon roll was delicious it is the closes to the real thing! The gluten free cupcakes can’t even tell a difference 😊 only if I lived closer I’d be there all the time 😩
