I used to love Baskin Robbin’s! It was my childhood favorite. However, the last two times we’ve gone in and couple times we’ve ordered they’ve been out of almost everything we’ve wanted. Tonight they were out of marshmallow topping, pumpkin, root beer, praline, and a couple other things. They don’t close for almost 2 hours!

Good customer service and gave me exactly what i wanted and didnt add stuff i didnt want. I miss my powdered donuts plz add those back to menu

Most Baskin Robbins have 31 flavors. This one shares the building with a Dunkin Donuts and they only had about 16 flavors. They were out of quite a few of the 16 flavors, didn't have any hot fudge and they were also out of cherries.

We were looking forward to an ice cream dessert after dinner on our date night. We recently moved back to Lubbock and are looking forward to the extras here that we haven’t had in other places. So we found our neighborhood Baskin Robbin’s and decided on ice cream. We went to the drive up window. No problem ordering chocolate ice cream. But when it came to ordering one of the other flavors, we had to settle on vanilla. What a disappointment…. Oh well… back to Dairy Queen Blizzards……

Went today and our total was over 35$!!!! For the smallest banana splits I’ve ever purchased!!! No waffle cones, none at all only had one waffle bowl , not to mention the scoops were like my child had served me !!! Will not ever be our ice cream stop again that’s for sure 😏

Don't go hear! It's sad to say because BR is my favorite but this location is completely nasty, they never get my order correct and never understand what I'm saying. I went inside once and it was the nastiest place I've ever seen.

Called this location 3 times. Probably rang 39 times and no answer! I guess answering a business phone is not important here. Finally gave up and drove through the window. Surprisingly they had the flavor I wanted but no waffle cones. I think the same person or persons have the franchise for the 2 remaining BR in Lubbock because they have both have gone to crap.

Called in several times (without success) trying to order an ice cream cake after the website kept displaying an order error. Not one of my calls was answered. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing as I am trying to order my sister a birthday cake.

This place has turned into a road side gas station. Give some time before the curry smell starts to overwhelm the air. Poor customer service, poor cleanliness, just an awful experience.
The bathroom had no soap and the cashier spoke to someone on his phone the entire time we were inside the establishment.

We had a great experience. Got a semi custom birthday cake for the weekend and it came out great. Service was excellent and prompt. Pretty affordable as well. !! Thanks guys !!

Walked in at about 6:40pm and one employees walked right past me with out greeting me but that’s not a big deal at all. What got me was how I grabbed an ice cream cake out the freezer and waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me the girl finally walked over (because her co worker has finished telling his story) but then stood at the register for about another 3 mins and then asked if I was going to even take the cake or not. First impressions are everything anyone in customer service knows that. The reason this was so upsetting was because I had already ordered a cake that had gotten canceled so I went in there looking for a one and it made me not even want it anymore.
