This place is awesome, the staff here is very honest about what questions I had about the breakfast they served. And recommended me to try certain ones and it was delicious. Definitely a dedicated customer.

Ordered through DoorDash. We ordered a chocolate fudge double scoop with hot fudge and brownies. And a double scoop of cookie dough with fudge and brownies. We got chocolate chip with chocolate syrup ( no fudge no brownies) and vanilla/chocolate with no fudge and no brownies. If you’re going to charge extra for toppings then i expect to receive them. I don’t even know what the excuse could possibly be for getting the wrong ice cream. UPDATE. calling to see about a replacement. Store isn’t answering. Horrible customer service. I wish google let us give ZERO stars. It’s ice cream not rocket science.

Very rude people here. I wouldn't ever go to the Quaker store! The manager is very hayride. I went out of town on a funeral to get told was out of town that I no longer had a job. Tell me that's unprofessional and not that they kept $365 of my money. when I called to talk to the new owners about it, they told me to take it up with the manager that asked me not to come back to work.On top of that the served spoiled they don't wash their hands. It's just a very disgusting environment. You tell them that their milk is out of date or spoil. They say to use it anyways because they're short on trucks which to me is very disgusting. Don't wear gloves handing out donuts or packaging their donuts and there was a tip share but didn't share their tips. They would distribute among their friends and not towards everybody. I would just think twice about going to this location or even working for this location. I'm glad that I got a job managing a doctors office so I'm glad that I got let go because better things are in store for meR

A really amazing place actually im not a coffee drinker so that should say enough I have to say for ice coffee it hit the spot and the lobby was really clean and the hospitality was amassing not 2 mention the quick and efficient way the got me my coffee this place sure needs to get the praise and respect it deserves every 1 here is very hardworking polite and respectfully I define tally see my self drinking another cold 1 in this facilities amazing lobby and for that I thank all the workers for participating and giving me the opportunity to actually enjoy my coffee thank you for the great experience dunking let u be praised

Stood there for 10 mins without anyone helping. I asked if it was pickup only and the girl behind the counter said no and continued scooping ice cream into cups. The other guys working were just hanging out not helping. Not sure what their priorities are but pretty bad customer service.
